Refurbished building but same old lack of staffing. Was there at 6:00 am on Nov 8. Only 1 staff person was trying to serve the drive through and inside counter, focused on the drive through instead of the customers standing in front of her. Waited 15 minutes (no exaggeration) for only coffee. Staff was loudly complaining about the situation. Wake up Management!!! Where are you???
