Probably the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life. I have been here 3 times, the 2nd and 3rd being done for the sake of the benefit of the doubt.
Most recently, I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate, which tasted like hot water, and a McCrispy Deluxe, which came with only 2 pickle slices on it... $11 in all. My previous two experiences were practically identical. Messing up an order this much seems more like willful negligence than “Whoops I forgot!” Oh well, fool me thrice—shame on me.
The employees are nice enough and the order always arrives in a timely fashion (I don’t think it takes too long to put 2 pickles and a piece of wet fried chicken on a bun), but the kitchen does seem very dingy and unclean from what little I can see.

Absofrickinlutely THE worst customer service I have ever seen. 2 people on duty at 6 PM on a Friday evening. Unkempt, slovenly in appearance, total apathy as far as the customer is concerned. Saw an elderly individual turn and walk out because he had no idea how to order at the kiosk. No one there to help him. TERRIBLE

I have been to many McDonald's throughout the years and to be served cold freeze a cold burger and old stale chicken nuggets is not my cup of tea especially when it cost $22 I probably could have spent it better at a Speedway and gotten at least hot food I am very displeased with this service including the woman that was behind the counter that looked like she woke up 5 minutes ago and didn't even do her hair working in a fast food restaurant I understand gets hectic however appearance is everything. I highly doubt I will be going back to this McDonald's in the future unless a major change takes place

Don’t bother using the drive thru this location is so slow
I hesitate to give one star reviews, but after visiting this location numerous times I felt compelled to do so. Please give Sugarcreek something better, and make it a pleasant experience for us. If you need ideas, maybe Dover McDonald’s could help with that. For some reason the drive thru line is long there but empty here. I think Ray Kroc would have something to say here too.

Our breakfast was good and the service was attentive but not the friendliest. The place was clean but the restrooms needed repairs.

Our entire order was messed up. I mentioned their error while ordering and they assured me they fixed it so I went to the next window and paid. They gave me 2 of my 3 drinks at the next window and pulled me up. I walked in and explained that we were missing a drink and they replaced it. They eventually brought our food out and we drove off and realized that 2 of our meals had medium fries instead of large (not a huge deal) but my daughter's Big Mac meal was missing 1 patty and cheese. This isn't a place that we frequent as we were just passing through. I'm not sure if they're normally this disorganized or not.

Can’t have gluten so I ordered at double Cheeseburger plain no bun on lettuce and I received to burger patties no chesse in a pool of grease. If I wanted a double hamburger I would have ordered that. Do better!!
