Extremely up set that when I use my app and spend 6,000 points to get my child a happy meal that this is the only location outa all of them that does no honor the drink with it I have to pay every time for her drink even tho on the app it says drink included sad this location is like this.

They messed up our order. The place was empty as we came on a Sunday with snow flurries We dined in with a party of 6. Our Food was not hot. We came to visit the World's Largest cuckoo clock in Sugarcreek, Ohio. The root beer needed to be changed out at the soda machine. So I asked for one behind the line. At least 5 employees were working that day. The dining area needed cleaning. There was food on the floor under a table. Beautiful area but experience was poor. Hope they do better next time.

Everyone was very friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Someone was always in the dinning room cleaning up any mess that was left by a customer. Big ? for all your employees.

Would post a negative 5 stars if I could . Waited for 10 minutes BEFORE ordering , and then waited another 15 for the food and there was nobody in front of us !!!! We got 10pc nuggets (cold and dry), quarter pounder (burger was complete burnt and cheese was cold not melted), filet o fish (was rock hard smothered in sauce), fries (reheated and tasted a day old). VERY VERY disappointed! They only had 3 people working and no cars in the lot.
Not open 24 hours, please change your hours. If this location is supposed to be open 24 hours, you current staff is not taking orders all night. Stopped in at 4:30am for drive through breakfast and no one took took my order.

Beware. She may have been on her break, or not feeling well or whatever but she just sat at one of the tables while we stood there. Eventually she waited on us. We are not ones to use the kiosk for ordering. Got our order. My egg Mcmuffin was horrible. The English muffin was extremely stale, hard. I could not eat this hockey puck. My husband got hot cakes and sausage. No sausage included. Needed to ask for it and he went to put butter on the cakes and it just sat there. Not a good sign. Yes they were very cold. Just one horrible experience. Floors dirty makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. This place needs help.
