A standard Subway operation located in a small strip mall with limited access. Two employees. Prompt service. Clean. Did not include napkins with order. But $40 for 2 subs and a cup of ice is criminal, even for a tourist area. Rip off.

Workers are rude, pushy and don't listen and don't make sandwiches the way you ask. I've wasted the last $32 at this place. Never again.
Ok the one that waited on me today was very nice but the one who is manger I think was very rude has been since she took over and she say false comments that ain't true at all so I dont recommend this subway to anyone and get ur facts strait instead of lieing to your employees or listing to lies that ain't true at all I miss old manger

1st I ordered 2 subs on-line. When I got back to work to eat my sub, subs were made on wrong bread. I called in and spoke to some gentleman and he said he would make things right. Awesome. Since I took my lunch break I couldn't come and get subs for that night. I then returned to Sugarcreek subway where I communicated to employee Ashley and she had asked what was wrong with subs, so I explained. She then rolled her eyes, shook her head. Not everyone likes all the breads. But why should I feel the need to explain this to this employee? She was very rude with her non verbal attitude and I will not be back to this branch! Sorry to the gentleman that was super nice and was making it possible for a second chance but, your employee Ashley just blew it!

Rude staff, they mess up online orders and argue with u that they don't, online orders supposed to be ready by a certain time and they hit the button to say it's ready but yet u have to wait an additional 10 minutes for the order to be ready, veggies are forar from fresh, should I continue?
