I just got a blueberry scone, no bake, scottie and oatmeal cookie sandwich. The scone was super soggy, and the no bake had a long brown and blonde hair. I got this for my mom and she could not eat any of it after. On a lesser note, the outside is super bleak looking, I almost thought it was out of business with how the parkinglot looks

Recently with our 3 year olds diagnosis, we’ve been instructed to try and get him in public more to help with some of his social skills. Every week I bring him here to pick out whatever sweet treat he wants, and work on interacting with other people. The staff has always been so sweet and amazing! Recently we got him a puppy to go through therapy with and become a SERVICE dog. The dog is going through the proper training currently to be CERTIFIED. The window displays it allows services dogs, and even has an area of dog treats. I brought them both in today, to get the pup familiar with the places we go, as well as be around other people. He’s tiny enough to fit in my shirt and only poke his head out. The owner let me know from the back, in front of everyone he wasn’t allowed in the shop. So without hesitation I was going to take him back to his carrier outside. She told me it was fine this time but not again. (All from the kitchen, across the shop) I simply asked about the service dog question and she just stated and seemed annoyed saying no “emotional support animals” even after explaining that this isn’t what it is? I didn’t feel comfortable sharing across the shop in front of other people my son’s disabilities or any other details, so I just stayed quiet and let her carry on. Everything we did seemed to annoy her. She definitely made us feel very small and uncomfortable, which is a huge bummer because I’ve always loved this place & employees! Sadly will be finding a new spot.

It used to be good however the quality has fallen greatly and the service is just horrible spent 20 minutes waiting in line just so that the girl behind the counter could talk to her friends that were in there. Then when she was finally done talking to her friends when she got to us it just seemed like we were bothering her. Won't be going back not a good environment

If you need a cake for anything, get it here !!! I called last minute to request a cake (2 day notice..yepp, I'm the worst) and then to top it off I requested a flavor that isn't normally an option. I was completely ready to pick a different flavor and she said "ya know what, I can whip that up, no problem". When I tell you..this was THE BEST spice cake I have ever had. The flavor was so so good! Not to mention the texture of the cake was so good too! Oh, and the frosting ?! The perfect topping. I will definitely be getting all future cakes from here. Thank you so much!!!!

Truly one of the only great places to get coffee in the area. Every time I come in the baristas are friendly and obliging. They seem to put great care into their work and the coffee is a perfect blend of sweet and true coffee taste. Worth the drive, worth the money. 10/10!
