My son and I visited, he had the boneless wings and fries. He enjoyed his food. I had the sliders and fries. They give you plenty of fries and they are good. I didn't care for the sliders, he tried one and didn't care for them either. I have been here 4 other times and always enjoyed my food. The Night we were there they had a DJ, he passed out a piece of paper with his phone number on it so that you could text requests. That was nice, we had a good experience overall. I will be back, just not for the sliders.

I sat at a table for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was even there so I left.

We drive thru Swanton when traveling and decided to stop this time thru. Never again. Husband ordered steak and loaded baked potato , I had steak bites with loaded potato wedges- we did not know that “loaded” meant cook the cheese so long that you cannot even put a fork thru it. The steak bites were described on the menu as filet mignon - it was so tough and dry it made a noise when I tried cutting thru it. Asked for water that we never got… never got refills on our drinks and when we asked for the bill the waitress said “thanks for being patient I am the only one here” … Try explaining that to your customers at the beginning of their experience.

We purchased from the online menu and spent $44 for what should have been a perch dinner with two sides. What we got was a perch sandwich with fries. We also ordered the chicken strip meal from online menu. We got grilled chicken piece with sides. When I called in was stated that “that is what the perch dinner is, a sandwich”. I did clarify that is not what it says on menu!! I will never order from them again!!! Rediculous, I feel 100% like a bait and switch.

4 people, dinner on a Monday. Not busy. Our waitress was slow getting to our table. No offers to refill our drinks while we waited for our food. The bus boy was kind enough to refill our water.
Food was hot but unremarkable.

Getting seated took 15 minutes even though there was empty tables. However once we got seated our server Kayleigh was excellent. Always checking on us, and the food was delicious and the portions were great.

Serena was our server. Her personality left a lot to be desired. She complained when someone ordered coffee that they were the only one drinking coffee and she would have to make it. Then she forgot to give a knife. She also did this to another table too. The salad came with the meal not before like we asked. No horse raidish was given when we asked that was brought back and thrown on the table. Spilling part of it. The chicken chunks were not in basket correct grease seeped out all over the table. Took multiple napkins to clean it up. Took forever to get the bill. I like to come here often but might take it out of rotation for a bit if the service is going to suck.

Descent restaurant. Has a bit of a diner flavor to the place. It has served as a nice lunch spot when meeting folks from Toledo when I live further west of town. Their food has been consistent, which is nice.

Food was phenomenal per the usual. Service was definitely lacking this time around. Usually my boyfriend and I love coming here because the food and the service. Our visit today made us rethink other wise. We sat and waited for quite a while for us to even be acknowledged let alone be asked for our drink orders. Our bartender Jodi was quite rude. We kept overhearing her talk quite badly about her job and complaining about a baby that was crying to other customers. It just left an unsettling feeling in my stomach. It takes a lot for me to say something but it just made me uncomfortable. When we asked for the check she exclaimed that it was right in front of my boyfriend in a very unkind way.
