I had my first problem with Marcos pizza yesterday during the snow storm. I called and got a guy manager. I expected the manager services you'd get from like Wendy's but he was amazing. he quickly apologized quickly made things right quickly made suggestions. I understand everything was not in their control I wish I had his name but he stepped up and really made my day because I just knew the bad experience was about to get worst. not sure if he was just a manager or store manager but he definitely handle himself like one. well done sir

Did not follow directions at all!! I put do not knock and to use the back door for delivery he knocked and used the front door.. I put the option to cut my sub in half they didn't I asked for my pizza to be cut in squares it was cut regular in 8 slices.. just simple things that seem like to much work for the lazy workers

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I would! My wife and I were traveling late at night on a 12-hour drive home, and every place we stopped for food was closed. We saw Marco’s and decided to give it a try — it was 10:55 p.m., just five minutes before closing.
Tori greeted us so warmly and, even though they were already wrapping up for the night, she didn’t hesitate to serve us. What an incredible act of kindness and customer service! She even waited for us to use the restroom before taking our order. I’ve never experienced hospitality like this.
Tori is truly a superstar — kind-hearted, professional, and a perfect example of how great service can turn a long, tiring night into a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, too!
Highly recommend this location — 100% worth it.

Only place I know that if they mess up your order they'll give you the messed up item and your actual order and thats without even asking. I was confused why my order wasn't ready but then they explained and made it right and thats just not something I'm used to anymore so I want to thank them. 10/10 customer service and food.

This Marcos has really good tasting hot pizza. The white cheezy is really delicious with garlic butter and Parmesan all over. Ask for garlic butter dip for the crust and be amazed. Would rate more than 5 stars if possible.
***Edit The all meat pizza is also fantastic. The sausage is delicious and really highlights this pie. You can tell that the people making the pizza really like creating delicious food. Thank you Marcos!!!!

I normally love this place and have no issues what so ever. I placed an order before end of delivery time. And they still canceled it and suddenly it doesnt exsist in the system. Even after I got a confirmation email. So sorry I ordered so late. I work 3rd.
Your staff on the night of August 10th 2025 made me an outstanding pizza. I’ve had your pizza hundreds of times, this was different. Very well formed crust which allowed it to properly brown up and had a perfect texture. Just wanted to give a shout out to that crew, it was absolutely fantastic.

This place was great (good Ole Marcos Pizza just as I remembered from my childhood) not only was the pizza better than most big chain pizzas but the pizza split in 2 coming out of the oven and they made another one! (Delivery) it was awesome! 10 out of 10 only wish they would open a shop in springfield OH
