This place was great (good Ole Marcos Pizza just as I remembered from my childhood) not only was the pizza better than most big chain pizzas but the pizza split in 2 coming out of the oven and they made another one! (Delivery) it was awesome! 10 out of 10 only wish they would open a shop in springfield OH

I used to really like this pizza shop. But they have gone downhill over the last few years. I believe it is a training issue. I can not get a consistently made pizza here anymore. One time, it is good, the next few times it's anything but good. I received a thin cracker crust when I did not order it. This week, my large regular crust pizza with 5 toppings was undercooked. It was so bad I couldn't eat it and threw it away. Must have been a new kid in training because the dough was way too thick. Even though the bottom was nice and brown, the middle 8-inch diameter was soggy because the dough under the cheese was not cooked. It also had too much sauce, which contributed to it being underbaked. This pizza can be good if care is taken in the preparation: roll it out nice and thin, and do not overdo the sauce and cheese. There is nothing worse than a wet saucy blanket of cheese over a half-baked crust. I think I will give this pizza shop a 6 month break and let them get their training fine-tuned before I go back.

Normally the Swanton Marcos is perfect. Always ready on time withy online order. Today not so much, ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza online at 436 pm to be ready at 6pm. Got to the store at 6.02 and it wasn't ready till 616. They didn't start order tily after I was already there. They were busy so I will cut them some slack but I order online with a specific time to pick up for a reason. I think an hour and half is long enough time to have it ready on time

Ive been eating Marcos for over 30 years at numerous different locations all across NWO. We frequent the Swanton location fairly often, so we always know that it's gonna be good. Today was no different , the pizza we got today for dinner was possibly the BEST we've ever had from ANY location (even the cheesy bread was better than ever). Hopefully this message is relayed to the crew that was working, they obviously take pride in their work and it shows!!

I ordered pizza and a sub for pickup. When I arrived my pizza was ready, but my sub "would be right up". I waited while three more customers got their orders and my pizza got cold. Then I asked about it, everyone hemmed and hawed. Then I watched an employee slice and wrap his two subs, made after I arrived. When I got my sub and cold pizza, I got no apology or explanation. I'll think twice before ordering here again, especially with Pizza Roma right across the street.

My only complaint is I asked for a veggie pizza and bacon and they refused to put bacon on.. I don't understand why you can't just charge me for another topping and add the damn bacon what happened to make it the customer happy but other than that the food and services usually always great
