I had my first problem with Marcos pizza yesterday during the snow storm. I called and got a guy manager. I expected the manager services you'd get from like Wendy's but he was amazing. he quickly apologized quickly made things right quickly made suggestions. I understand everything was not in their control I wish I had his name but he stepped up and really made my day because I just knew the bad experience was about to get worst. not sure if he was just a manager or...

Only place I know that if they mess up your order they'll give you the messed up item and your actual order and thats without even asking. I was confused why my order wasn't ready but then they explained and made it right and thats just not something I'm used to anymore so I want to thank them. 10/10 customer service and food.
