Typically I'm not a fan of McDonald's because I used to live in Toledo where u waited 45 mins even though u were second in line and then 9 out of 10 times your order would be wrong. Now that I live in Delta I go to McDonald's in swanton and no matter how long the drive thru line is, it's never more than a couple minute wait. The employees are so polite and professional. My food is always fresh and my order is always 100% correct. Swanton McDonald's is the absolute best without a doubt, before them I was ready to never ever eat at mcd's again. Absolutely recommend swanton Ohio McDonald's !!!

Glad I didn't get food in here, walked in because the drive thru line was extra long and I was just getting a Mcflurry, should have stayed in line, it took over 10 minutes for them to give me the flurry because everyone was catering to the drive thru or actually good orders and skipping mine. It gave me enough time to stand there and watch how no one was wearing gloves in the fry station and they were actually switching off from fries to bagging the food and not a single one had gloves on, the disgusting part was, they were touching their shirts, fixing hats, using their shirt as a napkin then going back on fries.

My husband and I made an online mobile app order this morning just before they stopped serving breakfast, we got there and they told us it was lunch time even tho we ordered it on the app before they stopped breakfast. They wouldn’t serve it to us. Which is very disappointing. They should bring back all day breakfast. That’s the only thing I can eat from them without getting sick.

11/4/2024 1:30 pm. Doors locked and drive thru lanes are blocked. No clue why they are closed. Not a holiday. People keep driving up and trying to o open door and it's locked and drive away. Very weird

I wish there is a .000000001 star. This incident may help us not to eat McDonald's anymore. My husband stopped and order a coke, an older man with glasses handed him a light brown drink with no fizz. My husband told him that is not a soft drink that he orderd. A man said yes. My husband told him it's not and he kept say yes it is and didn't want to deal with it. He turned his back toward the window and ignored my husband. The drink was iced tea! Which my husband hate the taste of it! The next guy probably got his pop instead of iced tea! Wonder who manages that place! Too many mistakes!
