We had a horrible experience with this facility our food was raw but yet burnt at the same time brought it to the owner's attention she proceeded to block me on Facebook approximately 6 months later her family seen me and my fiance at a breakfast restaurant confronted us about our review even though she didn't want to correct it and proceeded to slap my fiance the owner assaulted my fiance over a review we found out that she had cancer even though it's not an excuse and did not proceed to file charges but we did inform them that they were going to lose their establishment with treating customers that way, all I can say is karma as all three locations are set up for auction in October 2025 God works in mysterious ways. All I can say is we told you

We wanted to have a hometown like experience eating some good pizza at a pizzeria. Too our dismay that did not happen, having our pizza at the restaurant did not happen. They were completely out of drinks by 5pm so eating there was out. One pizza was burnt almost to the point of being inedible. The pizza was not as good as I expected from Roma. Seems like the crew working were more interested in what was on their phones than making a good product. Manager could have walked down to Dollar tree and gotten drinks or even over to Krogers. Big disappointment.
Pizza was delicious, Garlic bread is great!!

Best place in Swanton hands down. Staff, food and location. Love when I’m working out here I can either grab it to go or we get it at work! My work peeps love it too at the funeral home!! Sooo delicious. Can’t go wrong! Best pickle pizza around. Also love when at Oncore we have such great options to take over with us!!!

I ordered garlic bread with cheese.when my daughter's got home with it there was no cheese and 2 pieces had been eaten. They left the outer crust. When i called to complain they called me a liar. I called the next day and had the manager tell me i was a liar also. That it's not possible because there were 3 of them working and noone admitted it. The customer service here is horrible and the kids working there get to eat your food and put the pieces they dont want back in your box. If you eat here your putting your own health at risk.

This place is very hit and miss. Sometimes it's fantastic and other times terrible. My last time there I ordered from the swanton location, i ordered wings and a pizza for my son and I. I ordered the pizza cooked well done and when I got home it was totally undercooked. Not only was the pepperoni not crispy they tasted room temperature. The pizza itself was doughy, also. The wings were burnt on one side and soggy on the other side, and had practically no sauce on them. Eventually I'm sure I'll go back but for now I'm hesitant to try them again.
