We pulled into Taco Bell after church and decided to go in and order due to the long drive thru line. We were the only other people in the store and ordered right away. About 50 cars went thru the drive thru before we were even given our drinks. Waited 45 mins for our food and it was nice n cold when we got it. When did the food industry start prioritizing take out over the customers standing face to face with them??? Incredibly annoying and sad to see

Ordered 2 crunch wraps and just looked in the bag for items . When I got home and opened the bag rather than 2 crunch wraps I had 2 stackers. I have had this problem before so I guess if I ever go there again I will have to actually take the items out of the bag and check if it is the correct items. They didn’t give me anything to show my order so I had no proof of the order to go back and take another 10 mile (round trip) drive

I waited in the drive thru for over 20minutes just to get told they threw out my food and that they just started to remake it. I was then told to wait in the mobile order area and have been waiting for about 10minutes now and have yet to get the food. I am very disappointed in this restaurants service for doordashers.

One of the best Nacho BellGrande i ever had, it had a lot of ingredients on the chips. Really. It looked as though it was from a commercial on tv.

I stopped at the drive-thru to place my order. However, I felt pressured to rush through the process. Initially, I interacted with an AI system via the loudspeaker, rather than a human. The experience was confusing and extremely loud, making it difficult for me to decide on my order. Fortunately, a human attendant eventually assisted me, allowing me to obtain my desired items. The overall experience, from placing my order to receiving it, was unnecessarily rushed, particularly given that there were no other customers behind me.

Ordered from this because the one closest to me was closed. Very disappointed because the order took forever to get here but wasn’t in a box and some items weren’t wrapped correctly. I’ve worked at Taco Bell twice and we always made sure to package everything safely knowing the person picking it up is delivering it to someone else. No sticker on our drinks so they could have been tampered with. And no sauce or napkins were in the bag…

Food order wasn't messed up, but the food taco meat seemed cold, and the fries weren't quite done. Service was fine, just caught them at an off time I think 🤔

Robert is incredible. Every time my wife and I come in with the girls, he remembers them and goes out of his way to say hello. He’s so nice and you can tell he really cares. The food is always perfect on Robert’s watch. I hope the owner sees this and gives that man a raise. Thanks again, Robert!

As soon as you walk in they tell you use the kiosk well no we refuse to use those damn things!!! We want the worker to take our order as we pay cash anyway!! So the employee says I’ll be back and runs to the back and is gone for a bit we speak to someone else they said it faster to use kiosk. We said nope and left. We won’t return

Portions are not served out right at all. Always out of something. Good management day and night could definitely make the difference between good and bad. It's so hit or miss, I usually choose to just avoid it all together. It's a shame because I love me some good
