This is my favorite location for the past 30 yrs. Only go here. Tried tonight. Car in front of me waited 5 mins. Then I pulled around. Sat for 3 mins, no answer. I've gone in recently and it takes forever. 4 times ordering, they forget the bacon on the big bacon classic. Food is always good, minus the bacon. Was so bummed tonight. Hit McDonald's across the way. Really wanted Wendy's after a long day of work. I understand short staffing, have to deal with that at my job too. Hopefully next time might be better🤷♀️😞

This location is a bit of a gem. All of the people working at super friendly, it's always clean, and food is fast and fresh. The guy with bleach blonde short hair is the sweetest and always says hi to me and my husband when we stop in.

The employees of this store are more worried about acting like fools than taking care of the customer. Yelling and carrying on back in the kitchen. We had to take a sandwich back twice because it was made incorrectly. Glad we were just passing through and little chance of visiting this store again.

I informed the manager that the ketchup in the dining room dispenser was rancid, and the whole staff proceeded to ignore it. Sat down to eat my meal that I paid extra for extra tomatos, those were foul smelling as well. Will not be back. P.S. the counter staff was very polite.

Why is it every time a fast food restaurant runs a promotion it seems like the employees intentionally mess it up. I came here because it was a good deal which means the promotion worked so why mess it up when you're trying to get new customers to come?
Service is very poor people are very rude. They sit there in the back play on their phones and whatever else they do they don’t take orders. They don’t do their job like they’re supposed to. They need to be shut down. There’s no reason to sit at a speaker intercom to try to get an order for a frosty And sit there five minutes and they don’t take your order and there’s nobody there and this ain’t the first time something like this has happened. I don’t recommend anybody going there

My order was 1 single mustard only and 1 double mustard only 1 fry 1med coke. Both burgers had everything, We were told to pull forward while order was corrected. After waiting 10 min. I went in to get my order and it wasn’t ready yet.shortly later they brought out the order by this time the fries were ice cold and had to be replaced even after telling them that I wanted new fries at the time I went in to check on my order.The final order was made right that is why you got a 1 star rating.
