Worst customer service ever there was no service for at least 5 mins and cold sandwiches no gloves hair all the place no hairnets I think I was bothering him will not go back if I rate less than 0 it would be -10
Customers who use the drive-thru deserve the same quality of food that the customers who dine in receive. Just because we decide to use the drive-thru doesn’t mean we’re not a paying customer.

Nobody greeted me when I walked in and I had to wait at the counter until someone realized I was there. Staff wasn't very friendly. The food was typical, no complaints. The atmosphere, decor, and seating was all very nice and clean.

Employees ignored and rushed employees talking to each other. The roast beef, half a pound, was very pink, and the fries were cold. There was no Arby's sauce still.

Everything in the bag was given upside down so it all spilled out, no dip for the French dip either. We were the only people in line. You now pay a ridiculous amount of money for “fast food” and it’s just poor poor workmanship. Do better
Food was obviously made ahead and had been sitting around. Fries cold, beef and cheddar sloppy and soggy. $14 for crap. Clerk could not have cared less. Didn't even look at me.
