Paid for fries at drive through and when I got home- no fries. Drove back to get them - no apology, and then the fries tasted nasty. GREASE needs changed.

Been coming to Arby's since the 70's and you pretty much can tell these days how your service is gonna go just looking at the staff. Got a French Dip sub meal with a coupon. Sat down and unwrapped an Italian sub. Had to exchage. How can you mess up a sandwich with a coupon? Also, I dispensed ketchup from the dispenser, sat down again to find it was the hot sauce. I used the right dispenser. Someone gonna mess up their sandwich if they squirt that on thinking ketchup. And the beef in my sub was a joke. Barely any. Curly fries were barely seasoned. Cashier didn't even apologize for her own mistake and my added wait as my fries got colder than they already were. Staff smoking right outside the door, too. No wonder why ff joints are going downhill. Clown Towns.

Adulting's Hard
Easily one of two of my favorite Arby's to frequent when I have a hankering for it. This and the Kent location are my goto's. They are both well kept and clean as far as I can tell on the inside but always clean on the outside. I haven't been inside of one in years so I have no comments on it. Other than that, they have plenty of parking and alway provide consistantly speedy service. I rarely have any mistakes on my orders. Staff seem to have a better attitude overall at most Arby's too. My personal favorites are beef and cheddars and their og curly fries.

I mean, it's Arby's! A little expensive but corporate sets the prices. Food was good. Took a minute so I know it was cooked fresh. The employees were nice. It was a good experience and my kid loved it.
Honestly didn’t expect Joshua to judge me on my order choices. It was pretty rude when he second guessed what i had to add to my order at the window because he wouldn’t listen when i was ordering at the speaker and kept telling me the total before i was done. Rude and disrespectful attitude. If the job is that miserable, leave. Stop taking it out on customers who order regular unmodified menu items.

Tried the New Philly Cheesesteaks today. They are Good Good Flavor. But!? A bit Too Finely Chopped or ground up. Prefer a Little bit of a bite in the meat. But not bad has good flavor . Could be Better.
