Waited 25 minutes for lunch , specifically ordered ranch with my food. When asked the manager so rudely said we don’t give out ranch. Then proceeds to roll her eyes when we tell her asked. Then tells me oh well call corporate I don’t care. How rude after we waited. No wonder we waited so long she has terrible people skills and doesn’t know how to run a store.

Ordered food inside and waited 28 minutes to get my food after waiting for a decent while to even place my order, my order sat in the holding area for a good 7 to 10 minutes of that as I watched the drive thru get thier orders, people that ordered after me get thier orders, all while the staff runs in circles, the lady making the food let the two people figuring out what food goes for what orders know several times that my sandwiches were done and needed bagged and thay I had a very long wait time. I was not served my food until I finally had to walk out and start driving away and i had tell them I would have to come back for a refund as I had allready spent my entire 30 minute lunch waiting to get my food. The best part is my rodeo burgers didn't have the onion rings on them so my order was not correct after waiting 30 minutes. When I say I will never eat here again I mean burger king as whole not just this establishment and place of buisness. I will go out of my way to eat anything and anywhere else for the rest of my life,so very uncalled for this place should be shut down and put out of buisness.

They are completely understaffed. Those that are there seem to be in no hurry. If I could Have It My Way, it would be hot and fresh in under 5 minutes. It isn't going to happen here, so spend your money and less time elsewhere.

I ordered 2 cheese whoppers with no onions and extra mayo med frys and a fish sandwich with NO cheese. What I received was two jr whoppers with no cheese they were full of onions and no mayo. Large fries and the fish sandwich had cheese on it. I opened them up when I got home and found everything was wrong. Threw it away and have never been back to the Tallmadge Burger King I don’t think that group over there can do anything that is away from the norm. That made the third time in a month that they screwed up my order. The last time it was just not worth the aggravation of talking with who is in charge. That crew over there make a dumb box of rocks look good. If this is a glimpse of our future leaders of this country, we are all doomed

I’ve been here 3 times with my boyfriend and they have forgotten something every time and get something wrong, it’s actually crazy. This time had to go through the drive thru twice, they forgot 2 of our sandwiches and didn’t do a modification requested on the other 2 making them inedible. Truly a dysfunctional team. The 10 minutes I waited 3 different people came in telling them about forgotten food as well. SMH.

The only time I order fast food is when I’m in a rush. Because of that I always forget to check my order. This marks the third time something major was left out of my order from here. Going to have to find another Burger King.

This is literally the third time that I've come here and I've had to leave the drive-thru lane BEFORE ordering because orders are taking incredibly too long. Two other drivers behind me left before I did just getting crazy
