My husband ordered cupcakes for my family bday celebration. He goes to pick them up and the lady says “oh we thought it was a prank order.” That’s it. No cupcakes for us. Thanks for that. No empathy for the mistake, nothing. Let’s hurry and scramble for something now an hour before the event.

Ordered cupcakes for a small party 3 days in advance. Confirmed the day before. On the day of the party she emailed me to tell me she can't deliver!! Seriously!! Why would anyone wait until the day they were suppose to deliver to contact customer to say oh sorry I can't get my supplies!! Don't order from this company!

Ok , I google best cupcake in akron and cupcake binge popped up. Having a 40th birthday get together and wanted the perfect cupcake . I never have used this company ! I looked at her cupcakes listed and thought, why not!? So, I called and left a message and she called me the next day and I placed an order for 2 dozen..I picked 4 flavors , boxed perfectly by favor.

Yum sorry they had to move due to a hi rent landlord.Everything that has been there has left..so the store sets empty..What is wrong with these people that rent ..do they not see the light and putting people out of work???
I ordered 6 dozen cupcakes for my daughters wedding shower and they were beyond delicious! Not a single. cupcake remained. They were so amazing, that she requested them at her reception...litterally 1 week prior to the wedding. So thankful they could make them...and the best part is they will deliver and set them up!! The cupcakes are beautifully made and.the flavor is amazing. I have gone to Pandora and Cupcake Binge makes them look basic.
