It's called Duncan donuts but they have become a regular restaurant and forgot about the doughnuts. They are trash

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Literally the worst Dunkin around. Their staff all need retrained on customer service or all need to be fired. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes to get to the speaker, once at the speaker I sat there again for 20 minutes with no on ever greeting me or asking for my order.
I placed a mobile order of a large Sabrina Strawberry Daydream, and a large iced coffee with 7 pumpkin and 5 cream. I didn’t receive either item due to no one ever taking my order. I watched an additional 4 cars who were in front of me all pull up to the window, all not receiving any orders either. No employees ever came to the window. I need a full refund of my order placed today at 2:21 pm. I just left at 2:55 PM as I was tired of waiting for NO SERVICE.
Absolutely the worst place on the planet. Never had a half decent experience here. I've never left a review ever in my life but feel it's necessary to tell you how awful this place is. Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes. 12 of those minutes was at the speaker with no response. Not to mention it's a drive thru you can't pull out of so your stuck there. In the end. Never talked to anyone and everyone started pulling out of the drive through
It took over 20 mins to get through the drive thru. I literally come to this location because it’s historically been better quality and faster than the others. This no longer seems to be the case. Avoid.
This location is filthy inside. If you go inside and see how they make your food, it's gross. Always so many employees working but still super slow and dirty. Gordon Ramsey needs to stop by. Will never order food here again unless something is done about this. Also I have to ask a few times for cream in my coffee. This location needs to start over with better employees. Until then, I'm gone!

got their new cereal milk latte with light ice, did not get light ice and coffee wasn’t even filled. if i am paying $6 for a coffee and ask for it a certain way it should be given that way. the girl at the window made it 8/21

Wait time in the afternoon is ridicules , wait 10 min with just one car in front for just a spark energy. It happens every single time I go but it’s the only one near me. It just ridiculous

Terrible iced coffee. I typically get an iced coffee with three shots of vanilla, almond milk and a shot of espresso. This drink was watered down and nasty. Additionally the croissant was hard. I had to wait in line for at least 10 minutes.

I purchased a drink in the drive thru at this location. I received it with another cup under it. Very confused and thought it was by mistake, so I took it out and the cup inside that was holding my drink had a slit down the side and spilled all over me and my car. No warning on why that was even done, and I don’t understand why they were so lazy and didn’t just put it in a cup that wasn’t cut down the side. I wouldn’t be as upset if I was told at the window the reasoning on why that was even done. I will not be returning ESPECIALLY if they can’t do something as simple as that.

The girl taking the order was nasty and rude. Her tone was not welcoming. I wanted to order two turkey wraps, I was told that it would take up to 20 minutes. To be quite honest I was going to be stuck in a one way in one way out line anyways, but her condescending attitude prompted me not to buy anything from this location. I refuse to spend my hard earned money somewhere where it is not appreciated. Service is not just about the quality of the food, it is also about the quality of the service.

Malerie is amazing! Every time I come in, she’s super friendly and always gets my order right. Even when it’s busy, she stays patient and keeps a smile on her face. She makes the whole Dunkin’ experience so much better— I actually look forward to seeing her when I stop by for my coffee!

The drive thru here is abysmally slow. It takes 15 minutes at minimum to get in and get out- it’s not much quicker inside either. I don’t know if they have a staffing issue or what it is, but we avoid this location at all costs.

Went through the drive through- used my Christmas gift card .
Drive thru took 20 minutes for 4 donuts- WITH ordering ahead on the app. They are slower than any dunkin I've ever been to.
