I love the food . . . the service was great . . . but I planned to use a gift card that I had purchased several years ago. They would not honor it because they could not "look it up on their new system". I didn't make a fuss - but I am not happy. There is no expiration date, no warning that to use the card within a certain time period . . .
We had a large group lunch at Firehouse. Atmosphere was great. All orders were correct. Food was served hot and fasted great. The server Emily was fantastic. Will be back
orders are messed up 100 percent of the time.

The server Kristen was very friendly and attentive, providing excellent service by keeping drinks and food coming, which made for a very good experience. The food is always consistent and very delicious, with popular items like the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and bacon, and the tots. The smoked Old Fashioned is highly recommended, and the grouper sandwich remains a popular choice made with fresh ingredients. Appetizers and meals such as grilled chicken tenders, baked potato, and salad are consistently tasty and satisfying. The full bar and friendly wait staff enhance the overall experience. The prices are fair, though some dishes like the Caroline sandwich and loaded tots are considered a bit overpriced and lacking in portion size or quality. Many visitors appreciate the quick and friendly service, especially on special nights like half-price drink Wednesdays. Overall, it is a solid 4-star restaurant with a welcoming environment, tasty food, and attentive staff.
