We had a large group lunch at Firehouse. Atmosphere was great. All orders were correct. Food was served hot and fasted great. The server Emily was fantastic. Will be back

To start drinks were wrong...part of lunch was wrong...then had to wait forever to get our meal cashed out. Had to flag down a different waitress to cash us out. We always tip but not this time!!!

I asked our server, Heather, what was the issue & she said she forgot to put in our order. We waited for over 30 minutes for our food & finally said forget it & paid for our drinks & left. We are somewhat regulars there & they weren't even busy on Saturday, 11.16.24, @ 8 pm. We won't be back for quite some time.

Got seated waited around 15-20 mins no one ever came. Finally went to the bar where I watched two bartenders talk for ten minutes and asked can "I please get a drink no one ever came to my table" she responded "I'm to busy when I can I guess" so we left and I won't be back again. Junk service for real
