Great food so darn good service awesome why 4 stars no cal. Or nutritional facts are listed or known 🤔 find that odd for a health food place so that would be my one suggestion

Staff was friendly from the second I walked in. Lots of options on the menu my pizza was delicious. I got the Clevelander with black beans & rice. About $11 total, amazing deal. Will definitely be back when I’m in town. Large servings. Relaxing atmosphere to spend my lunch break.

Very safe space for kiddos and family. My son is autistic and we go here all the time the staff understands his situation and are very kind to us. Today we got the kids Oreo smoothie and a chocolate muffin. The smoothie is so delicious. The coffee dreamsicle is wonderful and healthy too!

CUSTOMER BEWARE!
I’ve given Fresh Planet more than one chance, hoping the experience would match the image they try to project. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case. Despite branding themselves as a “fresh” food spot, a lot of what you get is microwaved—literally. It’s disappointing to watch your food go from freezer to microwave while being sold the idea that it’s something freshly prepared. Be awfully careful getting any chicken or bacon at this facility that they claim is fresh. That is not what is called “fresh.” Let’s not pretend microwaving doesn’t come with risks. Uneven heating means your food may not reach safe temperatures, giving bacteria like Salmonella or Listeria the perfect opportunity to stick around.
The atmosphere might seem upbeat at first, but it quickly becomes clear it’s all surface-level. The staff often comes across as disingenuous. I have been going to this establishment for over two years....this is not the kind of energy people want when supporting a small business.
If this place doesn’t start making things right—being stingy with their portions, microwaving the “fresh” food, improving hygiene standards, and take the customer feedback seriously—they’re on a fast track to decline.

We had a huge order today for an office. The food was amazing, they got every single order correct, nothing was missing! Hats off to you. This has now become an office favorite.

I used to go there all the time, but I only had this one certain smoothie. Today I decided to try something new. The Thai Peanut Rice Bowl. I asked for no walnuts, but got those put on it anyway after the Owner Tracy said they wouldn't be put on. The thick Thai Peanut sauce was not good. The chicken was dry & so was the rice. I called in and said I didn't like it and the husband asked me what did I want them to do. Well since they weren't trying to refund me. The least they could do is allow me to choose something else that adds up to what the rice bowl cost me. I went back and my bowl was already made. I had no honey, tsp granola, tiny scoops of Acai, no extra strawberries, no peanut butter. They used to be good to me. After this experience. I'll never go there again. Tropical Smoothie is where I'll be going from now on.

An Excellent establishment with healthy food and smoothie options. The best in the Akron Tallmadge area to me. Sam, Traci and staff are top tier!

Best hummus I’ve ever had! Even better than mine. I didn’t think I was going to like the Tuna Melt I got because it’s listed as a pita, but it looks like a crispy tortilla. I was very wrong. It got better with each bite. However they make those pitas, I need to know. The vegan matcha cookies are soooo good. That was the initial reason I went there. I loooove matcha. Everything I’ve had from here so far has been A1 so get whatever and try it out.

This was just a terrible experience. When we walked in we weren’t greeted and were immediately asked if we were ready to order. My friends and I ordered the pizza. What we were expecting was a pizza with healthier options. What we got was basically a tortilla baked so that it was crispy and whatever toppings were included for the $10 we paid. It was dry and not flavorful. There was no sauce. The staff was not rude but not overly friendly. We were unimpressed by the options for açaí bowls coming from a place that highly advertised açaí bowls. My suggestion would be to specialize in 2 or 3 things rather than two options for a million different things. The whole experience was pitiful for the price an quality.
