Rude cashier....learn how to cut a pizza

This little Caesar’s is garbage compared to streetsboro. You get the mini puffs and it’s one bite with no cheese or sauce on the inside, no cheese on the crazy bread & it’s annoying cause I drive from 17 min away.

Disappointing Experience - Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues
stars
I recently visited this Little Caesars location and was thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the store. Unfortunately, the restaurant was extremely dirty and poorly maintained.
From the moment I walked in, I noticed a thick layer of dust and dirt covering the surfaces. The floors were sticky and dirty. The overall appearance of the store was rundown and neglected.
As a customer, it's unsettling to see such blatant disregard for cleanliness and maintenance. It raises serious concerns about the handling and preparation of food. I was hesitant to even order, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
If Little Caesars wants to remain in business, they need to take immediate action to address these issues. A thorough deep cleaning and renovation of the restaurant are essential. It's not just about aesthetics; it's about providing a safe and healthy environment for customers.
Until then, I would not recommend this location to anyone. Little Caesars, take heed: cleanliness and maintenance are not optional; they're essential for customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The customer service is always terrible here. Today man behind the counter threw pizzas on the counter, turned his back, barely said Have a nice day like he didn’t want me nor himself there. Prev they told me to wait in my car & they would bring it out, they either never came out or it took longer than 15mins after getting there to receive my order. This place wasn’t busy. I literally Have to avoid this place, can’t do it.

I'm pretty sure this little ceasers has no care about customer service. Tonight I picked up 4 items about 5:45 pm that I had preordered. One issue I have is that there is almost never any cheese on the crazy bread so tonight I asked for a side of cheese to which he told me no. They were out of packets and can't charge me for a side (was more then willing to pay). I asked for a name for a corporate complaint as I've had issues before. He said no. I then asked for the store number to which he replied he didn't know. I believe he is the night manager. Deep voice, male, as well as there is a curly haired employee and a female working. Absolutely awful. I had a issue in the past over pricing. Ordered a meal deal to which the store register rang up more then there board said. I asked they said oh well it costs what it rings up. Manager said it was what it was. Pretty sure they just wanted to pocket the extra $ but it was only a couple dollars and I had out of town guests so I paid it. Issue after issue. Don't have these problems at other locations. It's definitely that male night manager issue. Awful customer service. I have filed a formal complaint via phone, email, Google review, feedback on actual website, exc. I will be making sure he is taken care of.

Taking my business elsewhere.
Have had multiple times when l've called to place a pickup order and they either hang up immediately after picking up the phone without saying a word, or just don't answer at all during normal business hours.
The manager needs to do some tests him/herself to see what l'm talking about and clean house of the employees who don't feel like doing their jobs.

Restaurantji Recommends
This is the most crappy Lil Ceasars I’ve ever been to. I won’t be going back and I own a business in that town.
Complete incompetence is an understatement. Ordered through the Little Caesars' app, they delivered by door dash. Food was cold, missing bread, etc. When calling the restaurant, they state that you have to take it up with DoorDash - IF YOU DO NOT ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH, YOU CAN NOT HAVE THEM FIX THE ISSUE. Manager Evan stated that he could not give me the owner's information, and did not have a phone number for Corporate after he stated that I would need to contact them. There is NEVER a time that a company does not have the phone number, he may not know it, but he can locate it. Told us that they would replace the items of we brought them back to the restaurant - people order delivery for a reason. I would not recommend using this location ever for this reason. This is not the first issue I have had there, but this is by far the most egregious.

Food was good but the service was questionable! Maybe the guy was having a bad day, walking around huffing and puffing everytime a customer walked in.

The employees are good people, it’s the corporate level that has cheapened out the quality. Little Caesars doesn’t taste as good as it used to.
So they want to charge $1.50 for half filled tomato sauce, and like $7 for a cheese pizza.
That’s OK, but there’s no flavor for the pizza anymore. Maybe they don’t add enough salt and cheese to the crazy bread and not enough salt for the pizza dough.
