He took my order, I paid cash and it dropped outside of the drive thru window. He bent over, waaay over to retrieve it for me. Very nice young man. Then ran my pizza out to me with a big smile. Breathe of fresh air.

For the second straight week I go to the Tallmadge Circle location and for the second straight week I am told that there is not a pizza ready and to pull around, only to be forgotten about. Sat there while all other cars get their pizza and leave, other cars come through drive through and leave with their pizza, while I still sit there. About 20 minutes each time. Then I go inside and they ask can I help you. I tell them I am waiting for my pizza in drive through from 20 minutes ago and everyone just looks at each other and asks what color car I drive. Then magically the two pizzas appear. Two times in a row. They just hand the pizzas over and tell me to have a good night. No apologies. No nothing. I have been in customer service for over 30 years and this is totally unacceptable. I will not be back.

I was their around 12:00 pm on Monday, you did not have any hot-and-ready cheese pizza's. Your advertisment is FALSE. No PIZZA'S He said that my order would be ready in ten minutes. Some people don't have the time to wait, due to they got to go back to work. My order took about fifteen minutes. Your employees did not look happy. Did I come in at a wrong time, or is this the way you run your business ? 🙁

We don't usually go there but we gave it a whirl....the prices can't be beat the help was super nice ...the food was ok but what we saved we got crumble with the rest ...

Ordered through drive thru. Went and parked to wait for them to bring it out. 45min later and 4 cars behind me that got their orders, i still had not gotten mine. Had to unbuckle my grandson out of car to go on to find out where my order was at.The one I ordered from was waiting to leave and went to find out. He couldnt find it asked other workers and no one knew what happened to it. They finally got manager involved and they had deleted the order but still charged my card. Manager said theyd refund the money within 24 hours but still make my order and bring it out to me. They did make it and bring it out but the charge is still on my account. 3 days later. When they open today im going to call and see why and what they are going to do about it. We will see what happens.

Almost every time i order from this location something is wrong with my order. Today I ordered a pretzel crust with cheese sauce. Got home to a pretzel crust with red sauce. This is one of multiple issues I've had with this location. There has been times where my pizza is black, crazy puffs burnt, and poor encounters with staff. Staff is usually rude and unwelcoming. It's not hard to read an order and put the ingredients from that order together on a pizza but somehow the employees at this location still manage to mess up the most simple of tasks.
