They usually do a pretty good job with short help. I was shorted 2 juice boxes on my order tonight and tried to call several times and couldn't get through. I will try later.
I’ve been to this restaurant twice now, when they have decided to close at 10PM even though it states all over the premises that that they do not close until 11:00 PM. I’m sorry but if you are running a business and you’re supposed to stay open until certain time your customers are expecting that from you.
I typically don’t complain about the slow drive thru but today I’m annoyed beyond belief! I pulled in at 1059 to order a happy meal for my son - I was told I couldn’t order thru the drive through and wait because they don’t serve lunch til 11. I had a sleeping baby in the car, so asking me to go in and wait is absurd. With the wait times this location has, the happy meal would have been done by the time I hit the second window.
