Bad experience, can't get your order right.
1.) Ran out of OJ. - Okay it happens.
2.) Gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich (ordered & was charged for steak egg and cheese bagel), was given a sausage egg and cheese muffing) - receipt shows correct item; feel overcharged.
3.) Didn't give me 2 of my hash browns that l paid for (on receipt). I caught this at the drive thru (not the wrong sandwich tho) and the young man acted like l was inconveniencing him and gave me a 'tude because l asked him to correct my order. Sorry you guys put the wrong thing in the bag buddy, just fix it. No biggie.

Waiting over 15 minutes (in the drive through), for average food at anything-but-budget prices is not my idea of fun. This is not a sole McDonalds outlet issue. I find the same at all of them. It's not as if everything is cooked to order.
McDonalds used to be a fun, fast and value-conscious experience. Those days are long gone

Out of the five times I've been here they have gotten my order right once but I think that might have been an accident.

If the front counter of the dinning room isn't going to be staffed could you please consider putting condiments our where the customer can access them.

They messed up my order on the screen, asked for ketchup and pickle only. The screen said ketchup and mustard. They said they fixed the order at checkout and all they did was scrape the mustard off. Since they built the new place - it’s going down hill.

Stop me if this has happened to you:

You order your food at the Drive-Thru, pull up to the 2nd window only to hear, “We’re still waiting on your food, could you pull up the next window please?” only to wait 5 minutes for them to tell you “Your food isn’t done yet do you mind pulling around the corner to the Drive-Thru spot?” And then you watch as 2-3 more cars suffer the same fate and park behind you.

And it happens even when it’s not busy…which is kinda sad/embarrassing.

Before this McDonald’s was torn down and remodeled (part of the reason being McDonald’s hated that people brought their kids to one of the last original PlayPlace’s in Ohio to play for hours and never bought anything), they were efficient and consistent when it came to getting your order correct and keeping the drive-thru line moving.

Now? The drive-thru line limps, both during peak and slow times.

I hardly make Google reviews so you know the service is noticeably bad enough for me to complain. This place was remodeled and the PlayPlace reduced to a tenth of the size it was (it honestly looks pathetic and boring for kids of all ages) and the service gets WORSE?

One last thing: if you pull up to the Drive-Thru and you hear what sounds like an elderly woman speak and take your order, 9/10 times she’s going to get your order wrong. And that’s not an exaggeration.

The food was good. Good flavor, good amount of sauce and burgers were juicy. But the service was trash, trash and TRASH! We sat there, got our food and enjoyed our meal. We were sitting by the front counter where you would pick up your food so we could see everyone. This mom that was there with her kids playing waited about 7 minutes for a refill on drinks. Two, yes 2, workers walked past her and didn’t even acknowledge her. One to check the trash/collect trays and the other to wash tables. That is utter disrespect and despicable. I don’t care if you are a kid and just started this job or you’ve been there for 20+ years. You are in the customer service industry and you should acknowledge anybody that is in your store. I hope McDonald’s corporate/trainers see this and address it.

Bathrooms were crazy clean! So appreciated that!

Play are very clean & also appreciated that.

The entire store was very clean 👌

Human interaction was limited, only saw an employee when our food was brought out. I'm not sure how I feel about it 🤔

Overall, it was a positive experience and will most likely return.

I use to never have issues at this location, since the new building Everytime I go there are issues. This last time my order was messed up 3 times, I was almost charged 10.00 more for my food. The drive thru attendant was very rude and didn't listen while trying to explain the issue completely cut me off multiple times and was very dismissive.

Was excited for the new build but this is awful. The place is smaller and the play place is a single slide that is made for older kids. There’s hardly any seating. The parking lot forces you to park away from the building and walk through the drive lanes to the drive through. Very poor design and over all do not recommend this place.
