Let me start by saying we have lived in this area for 18 years and order from this location quite often so we know what the food is supposed to look like. I ordered my son cheese bread(like I always do), pick it up and this is what we received. This is NOT what the Pizza Hut cheese bread looks like. This looks like someone made a mistake making breadsticks and tried to re-use the bread by quickly throwing some cheese on it and tossing it in the oven so as not to actually have to make our order. So we pick up the order and I always check our food(force of habit). I see the bread and decide to take it inside because I know this is not correct. The employee inside insists that this is in fact the correct way they make the bread and always has been. Apparently every other employee for the past 18 years we've been ordering from here must've been making it wrong then. They do offer to re-make it but I told them no thank you and I'll just take a refund. I reached out to the corporate office because again I know for a fact that this is not what the Pizza Hut cheese bread looks like. In fact all you have to do is google it. This was back on January 27, 2025. I was told someone from that store would reach out within 3 days. On February 3rd(7 days later) I reached out to them again saying I still hadn't heard from anyone. They replied that same day with an auto response saying someone would contact me within 3 days. Today is February 25, 2025(18 days later) and I still had heard NOTHING! I emailed them again today saying I still expect a response. Customer service is atrocious and employees do not know how to make food the correct way. We will still gladly patron Pizza Hut but never this location again. Go elsewhere if you want your food to be made correctly.
Edited 3/11/2025 to say I received ANOTHER automated email on 2/28/25 saying someone would be reaching out to me from that store in THREE days. It has now been 11 days since that email and no one from the restaurant has called, emailed or ANYTHING.
Edited 4/1 - still ZERO RESPONSE from anyone at the store after the automated email from their corporate office. Again, absolutely horrible customer service.

I was trying to order a pizza tonight for my family. As I called, I was asked if I wanted pick up or delivery. I said I would like delivery and I was super nice to the man on the phone, I gave him my number for the order and when he asked for my name I tried to tell him and then I was rudely hung up on for no reason at all. I tried to call back on the same number and no one picked up.
I then got on another number and called. This time a woman answered. Everything seemed to be going well. She seemed nice. Once I was done ordering she asked me how I would like to pay. Cash or Card were the options and I had to confirm this with my mother since I’m 17 years old and I’m not the one paying, so I tell the lady if she could hold on for a moment while I ask my mom, which I was super nice about. I mute my phone and as I’m walking towards my mom I hear the lady say “She’s asking her mom if she wants to pay cash or card, how unbelievable” in a rude snarky tone, which I was appalled by, so I unmuted my phone and informed her that I heard what she said and that I would not like to order any further, I told her to have a great night as I hung up. I’ve worked in customer service before and I’ve never had such an attitude towards a customer that caused no harm, these people need some serious training and evaluation. This interaction ruined the image I had for this place and I will never order again.

I ordered 2 personal boxes w boneless wings, some bread and cheese sticks and more boneless wings. Got it delivered because i don't have my car. It get here and one box has fries instead of boneless wings. I call and they hang up on me. I thought i was tripping and called back hang up again. I called 3 more times and each time they picked up and hung up. Didn't care about the mistake more mad about getting hung up on as if you knew u messed up or did it on purpose.

I DONT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN!
I placed an order for my son’s birthday party nothing crazy 8 medium pep pizzas easy enough.
I placed with enough time to have them ready at 115 pm more then enough time once again.
I get there at 113 maybe and there’s a worked sticking his head out the window of this “Pizza Hut express” I didn’t know it was that kind, and he’s smoking!!! A freaking cigarette I can only hope it was a cigarette! Out the window! I pull up he hurries inside the window and I say pick up for Shawn. He proceeded to tell me the total which I already knew and paid. All seemed good… so far. Hands me the 8 pizzas I get to the party start opening first two seemed good and then it looks like they just got lazy! No cheese barely one pepperoni per slice if that and barely any cheese! Whatever the kids ate it fine. Next day (today) I get an alert from my bank for a new charge mind u I was charged at pickup. For a way higher total then what I paid. I was so confused I hurried and called the store and the guy after looking into who said he was a manager said o yea haha the guy accidentally hit the tip button and I quote (he has fat fingers) bull!!! Terrible excuse and nothing was funny! My bank account overdraft because of it and I didn’t find the humor in it whatsoever! Then they proceed to call me later after they said they refund it which they did only to take it right back again! Then they tried saying well it most be your bank!?! Ummm no my bank doesn’t make mistakes like that you guys did!!! I demand this be fixed I want someone from corporate to reach out I want a full refund! And I want a form of apology a sincere apology from the two managers at this store who thought this was a joke Nick and Cara!

Their food had a roach on my pizza I cant believe it I almost ate it along with my child who loves pizza I will be reporting this place to the health department! Never go here u will get bugs in your food !
So Pizza hut's making it really hard for me to enjoy their food again I have another post I'd like to share the man who answered was so rude and pushy and quick to just first he told us call another one very inconsiderate pushy can't never get our credit card to work there I think I'm done with this location

I would recommend ordering from this pizza hut.
PROs:
DRIVE-THRU: You can pick up your pizza by driving by the drive-thru window so you don't have to get out of your car.
DELIVERY: My order was delivered by a service, but it was transparent to me.
STUFFED CRUST: I do like their stuff crust pizzas.
CONs: It's not really a restaurant that you can go into and sit down.

I ordered online and made the mistake of choosing carryout. I wanted delivery. When I called they said there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. I called back and they kept hanging up.
I spent $50, why can't they add delivery charge and bring it? Not a very intelligent bunch at Pizza Hut in Tallmadge Ohio.

This location is in desperate need of help from a manager or God or something, they messed up my order and gave me the pizza of somebody who needs serious psychological help (pineapple and black olives, gross), and when I went to the location to get my order corrected, they messed that up too. It just sucks waiting for upwards of an hour when you’re hungry to get the food you actually paid for. When we called about the order mix up nobody answered the phone. In fact, while I was in the restaurant the phone rang. I watched both employees just stare at it and not pick up. Grab your rosary and ask God to guide your order before ordering from this location. Or better yet, don’t order from here at all.

Over the weekend, I placed an order with Pizza Hut. Initially, when taking my order, the caller didn't seem too enthusiastic, but there was no apparent attitude issue, just a slight language barrier. However, upon receiving my food, I was shocked to find that it was extremely old. While I typically refrain from complaining and tend to let things slide, this was incredibly disrespectful, especially considering the delivery arrived in less than 30 minutes.I called the restaurant to address the issue, but unfortunately, the worker I spoke with had a nasty attitude and insisted that the food was fresh. To my dismay, I ended up breaking my tooth on something in the food. Despite my polite requests, they only replaced half of my order. When the replacement arrived, only the personal pan pizza had been replaced, and while it looked fresh, it was undercooked. It wasn't until later, around 3 am, that my family and I fell ill, and I was hit with food poisoning the next day. This was my first experience with food poisoning, causing me to miss work for two consecutive days.I am deeply disappointed by the disrespectful attitude of the staff and the severe consequences of consuming the food. Reflecting on the situation, I can't help but feel suspicious about the possibility of something being intentionally added to the food. Additionally, the broken tooth adds insult to injury, especially after having braces for five years. I strongly advise against ordering from Pizza Hut, and while I rarely leave reviews, I believe this experience warrants a warning to others.

I used to work at Pizza Hut On Market St and I will not eat there. I drive out of my way to go to TALLMADGE, Why EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE and AMAZING FOOD. I was there today placed an online order and the fryer went down. I arrived to get my food and the girl went above and beyond to make me happy. I had a 6 minute wait on my wings,she offered me a free cookie and everything I said no and it was no problem. It wasn't her fault, but she still went out of her way to make sure I was happy in a very stressful situation for her. Thank You crew for doing a wonderful job.
