Waterfront on Buckeye Lake

We waited 2 hours for our food asking multiple times when it would come. Knowing it was holiday knew it would be slow no big deal. She asked us to pay because she was going on break before we got food. After 2 hours she comes out and says they lost our order did we want to wait or get refund. We said refund. She still charged us for the beverages we had. No big deal but only refunded the food total and kept the automatic tip for dock service (which I didn’t see) and the tip I added so we basically paid $58 for 4 beers and 2 lemonades for the kids. I don’t think the system crashed I think because she made us pay beforehand the system thought we already had the food. And to keep both tips outrageous. Shame on us for paying before we got the food. But not our first time here and have never been impressed.

3 years running, we give it one more chance every year. Each time more and more disappointed. Service is absolutely horrible with the rudest, and most dismissive wait staff. Last night waited almost 2 hours for a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. At the 4th interaction with the server, we asked for a refund and cancel it so we could just go. At that point, she said there was a system crash and our order was never placed. Why would you have not checked on it the previous times we asked, or the 6 times you walked by our boat?!

Do not go here for any type of concert. They have absolutely no crowd management at all. Ended up with alcohol all over me from people dancing on the tables

There were 6 of us and only 3 people actually got what they ordered. But, we graciously kept what was brought instead of sending it all back. Everyone still enjoyed their lunch for the most part. Overall it was still a decent experience and we had fun. They were very good to our fur baby and even brought him some ice water in a bowl.

$15 dollar shots of tequila with fruit flies in them and an annoyed bartender. No thanks Waterfront.

Experience started ok and then plummeted. We ordered the jalapeno cheese bites that had good flavor but were not cooked through (not a big deal) the girls got a pizza they enjoyed and we ordered the buffalo pizza. We literally took ONE bite and it tasted like chemicals. We told our server and she said because we “ate” the pizza there was nothing she could do. I very nicely asked her how are you supposed to eat it if you don’t take a bite? She said she would talk to the owner whom was onsite. She came back and stated that the owner agreed we had eaten it. I again replied there is ONE I repeat ONE bite the entirety of the pizza remains! She shrugged her shoulders and said “ow well”.
I paid my bill and left instead of listening to the band and our group having cocktails. Over a pizza you lost a customer that would have patronized you the entire summer with boat guests

After 17 minutes of waiting and no service, we left. Another couple that arrived right before us went to the bar and got their drinks. On the way to the exit, 2 waitresses seated comfortably at a high top table texting away.

Went to their competitor and had a menu given to us the first 30 seconds after we sat down.

Won't be back to Waterfront.

Really fun place.

Had a great time. Atmosphere is great by the water. Service was outstanding and food was good. They had a great band playing that night (Fat Dog) and we had a great time.

Such a wonderful place to hang out!! Food is great!! Atmosphere great!! Peaceful and so beautiful. Our waitress was so kind and very attentive!!

Too expensive for being bar food, basically just paying for it being on the lake, $4 a can beer and $8 a seltzer this isn’t nashville
