I would like to give a BIG!! THANK YOU to Heavenly Pizza-Tiffin Ohio. Yesterday for a party, I had a very large 5 jumbo and one 10” order I inadvertently ordered from Findlay not Tiffin.
When my sister-in-law went to pick up (In Tiffin) and a few phone calls were made we figured out the mistake. Tiffin filled that order and I didn’t have to pay that large sum again. I know it was Ohio State Playoff game night but when you order hours ahead of time and they were still 30 minutes late when I was picking it up that is unacceptable. If you can’t deliver on the order don’t take it. Lost a customer for life.
They never have the online orders made. I don't mean they drop the ball sometimes, I mean every time I order online they just don't make it. I get a confirmation but when I show up to pick up the pizza they panic, throw it in the oven quickly and half cook the pizza because they're trying to make up for lost time. Order for delivery online and it will never show up. Why not call you ask... why have an online service that doesn't work. Domino's doesn't mess up they're online orders.
