Price is consistently rising and portion sizes are constantly decreasing. Pizza rolls used to be pizza not just a bad loaf of bread. Hours have also been inconvenient and will continue to be. My opinion doesn't matter though as long as money is being made.

Great pizza from a local place, and a good price. Nice place to sit down and eat. Several employees standing around talking while I waited at the counter for a couple minutes, but nothing too excessive.

It'll always be AJ's Heavenly Pizza to me, but I'm diggin' the inside of the new location. The iconic sweet sauce has kept me coming for years and I'm hoping that never changes. Tried the new AJ's x Jolly's collab pie and it was everything that I could have asked for! More of that, please and thank you 🍕🌭

I was reading the reviews and at least you all got something terrible to eat. I never got my order. Waited 45 minutes and then called them because my order was to be ready in 20 minutes. I got several lame ass excuses from the manager as to why my order was not done. Never go there again because of the lies.
Came to town visiting family over the weekend and Aj's is always a go to stop for my family as we moved and no longer have frequent access to them. I wanna start by saying the new building is excellent, has parking, clean inside, nice sitting area especially for big family's, and of course can't forget the drive thru. I ordered online which was user friendly and quick. My order was pick up but since we were in between visits and in the car we choose to get it and sit and eat, while checking out all the new added baked goods, donuts and coffee plus the added breakfast pizza. I am amazed at how much it had changed as it's been a staple in my family for every bit of 20+ years. I've almost always had a great experience- and I've ordered from a few different aj's. Anyway on this particular order it was just pepperoni rolls- still amazing and will go back everytime for more. Should concider branching out of ohio- as a pizza place like this would do well we're I currently live at!!

The sauce is an abomination. It's sweet and flavorless. Customer service is terrible. They pretend to be a Christian company, but they'll call the police on children if they prank order. Absolute worst place. Bad food. Bad vibes.

So I’m a Tiffin native. Have nothing but absolute love for Aj’s pizza and I’ve personally done the owners landscaping for the past 2-3 years (John) I order from here regularly, and I always order the same thing. Ever since the new store has opened I’ve had terrible experiences. I don’t know if it’s new staff members or what it is, but since the new store has opened I’ve only ordered from you guys 4-5 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME my order was wrong. I ALWAYS order a pizza sub (no pepperoni, add bacon, extra sauce) and instead of the whole slices of ham I prefer the chopped ham like they put on the pizzas. So I ask for that specifically every single time. Never changes. And every single time I’ve ordered it, they put the whole slices of ham on my sub and it almost always has pepperoni. Few times it didn’t, and it was ALMOST correct. But I have only ordered from the new location maybe 5 times and my sub was wrong every single time. Doesn’t stop me from ordering because I will always enjoy Heavenly pizza. I absolutely love it and always will. However, I just came from getting a carry-out order at the new location. Just got a cheese bread, but saw they serve slices all day now so I figured “why not get a couple right?” Well I did, and I didn’t look at them or anything until I got home… and I definitely regret not looking at them at the store, because I would’ve asked for them to replace the 2 slices I got for new fresher ones. The two I got were almost hard, and absolutely toasted. So once again, I wasn’t very happy with the outcome of spending my money on it. Aj’s Heavenly Pizzs is absolutely amazing and will always be amazing. I just think we need a little more TLC back in the food industry because I shouldn’t have all of this to say about a place I absolutely love. Nothing against the younger generations, but I think a lot of the workers are younger kids… and they just don’t necessarily care a lot about serving good food and having good service and the whole 9 yards. Just my opinion though.
