Only 3 stars on food cause this isn't a restaurant, it's a coffee shop. Good variety of coffee flavors and variations of styles. Like iced, frozen blended drinks, lattes, espresso, and my favorite, the classic hot coffee. You can get plain black or add just about every flavor you can imagine.

I had a sugar free vanilla latte. The coffee is decent. Not really what I would call coffee shop quality. The place is clean and the staff was very friendly.

The coffee was good, the service was unfriendly.I don't expect a barista to be my single-serving, best friend. But, initiating the transaction in a welcoming manner is the business's responsibility.A blank stare and body language that says "I can't be bothered" is a real turn off. All of that followed by a sneering "have a nice day" once the latte is made makes me question going back.

Coffee used to be a lot better...not sure why but the last few times I've been, it's all been bitter and not properly flavored (I'm a vanilla latte, extra vanilla always person). This last time, however, it was totally flavorless. Even the espresso was so lacking in flavor, I couldn't even call it bitter.Considering two lattes with tip was about $15, this is unacceptable for a local coffee shop. I would much prefer to drive to Fostoria and enjoy Enchanted Bean's use of Bailiwick's coffee beans or go to Sabaidee over by TU. Not sure what's going on with this location lately - hopefully you guys can get it figured out, though. I'll definitely update my review to reflect if it does.I will say - service is always friendly and fast when I go in and the atmosphere is nice as long as it's not crowded.

I have give them numerous chances and not once have they been friendly. If I’m supporting your business at least offer a smile! If you’re that miserable don’t work there or run a building! I will never go back. Coffee isnt good either. Not at all worth it- tastes terrible every time. I’ve tried several different flavors and types. A hard No for me!

I've bought some very good coffee beans here. They also have a big roaster right in the store, so the beans are fresh.

I took a day trip up to Bailiwick's. It was 6 hours round trip. The travel was well worth it for some of the most tasty coffee I've had in a while. The owner, Jessica, even came out to meet us and she was so kind and thoughtful. The welcoming, friendly staff made the trip even more worth it. The atmosphere is very inviting. They have the most creative monthly themes and delicious coffee flavor combinations and choices. It is a must visit place!
