I came up to the window in the front when it was a bit busy in the drive through and ended up waiting 15 minutes for a small soft serve cone. I understand it being busy but it was a quite a bit of a wait when I watched cars ordering after me and getting their stuff before me! This isn’t a first I’ve had to wait a weird amount of time for something so small. Ice cream is good though here so it’s nothing against that just the weird priorities when it comes to who comes first drive v. window because it was very humid out the day this took place so I just wanted something small and cold then to get to some AC.

We stopped by for lunch and tried to order sandwich combos, asked for the sandwich and the drink and was not asked about the side. When the food came out we didn't get sides and apparently weren't charged for the combo. When we asked for clarification the young blond woman didn't know what we were talking about and told us we didn't order combos. The menu says one thing but we were told we have to order it all individually to get the combo. Staff is uninformed.

I’ve had one too many poor experiences here with a staff that isn’t too helpful and icecream that always overflows all the cups it’s put in.

I love Big Dipper and always have and can’t bring myself to give them a low rating but since when did their small flurry come in their small ice cream bowls they use for hard dips? It’s always been in a taller beverage/drinking type cup. My flurry was tiny, my husband’s was also a small and also a flurry but they put over 2” of flurry past the top of the cup and it was a mess! What gives?!

Went through the drive through and ordered a flurry. I saw through the window one of the workers use her finger to wipe excess icecream off the side of my cup, and scoop it back into my flurry! I addressed my concern and was met with an annoyed response that she’d remake it. She then walked away for approximately 15 seconds and returned to give me the same previously made icecream. Completely unsanitary and disgusting.

I got a cotton candy shake it didn’t taste like cotton candy. Also they wouldn’t replace it. Also my hotdog wasn’t cooked all the way
