I love Big Dipper and always have and can’t bring myself to give them a low rating but since when did their small flurry come in their small ice cream bowls they use for hard dips? It’s always been in a taller beverage/drinking type cup. My flurry was tiny, my husband’s was also a small and also a flurry but they put over 2” of flurry past the top of the cup and it was a mess! What gives?!
Horrible place of business! The owner or manager is completely rude! No sense of community or people at this establishment now. Sad to see with it being in our town for so long. Another serious incident of this happened on mother's day. I have included the story in my review. This is only one occurrence and Big Dipper edited their info about the mother's day special after it happened! Originally their offer did not state children had to be present!! Also...does a deceased...
The prices are reasonable. The staff was friendly and answered our questions. The tables under the pavilion was nice and clean. The ice cream was really good. Our dog loved the pup cup.
