went to bob evans with my girlfriend to have dinner and they messed my whole order up and then came back with the wrong order again twice! then i said it still wasn’t right and they got all rude about it when they couldn’t get my order right and didn’t even offer a discount or anything! terrible service 0/5 stars

Showed up at almost 4 on a Sunday with a mostly empty dining room and was told it'd be 35 mins before we'd be seated bc there's only one cook and one server.... an hour before most people have dinner? Awesome job losing money and customers. Also they cut the server with an 8 top and 7 top waiting. Makes zero sense

My family and I were sat down at 6pm sat for 20 mins without being asked if we would like a drink mean while the gentleman that was seated after us with his family they had to walk past us to ask what they wanted to drink then a couple that came in 10 mind after were seated asked what they wanted to drink and started their order we were passed 3 times by 2 different waitresses it wasn't busy and 2 other waitresses following each other around another 10 min we waited then got up and left

The server didn't get the order correct. Waited to get the correct order. The potatoes were cold and the chicken was over done. The only good part of the meal was the rolls. There were many uncleared tables. I cannot recommend.

Just had the best Bob Evans meal ive had since covid here, and it was even a to go order. Not sure if they're under new management, but that was the old Bob Evans I remember. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great.

Service was horrible! Had to wait on meal over 1 hr When got food coleslaw was without dressing. French fries over cooked Meat was tough and grizzly! Waitress said reason for food taking so long was that call in orderd were filled before ours! Bill was over 38$ Waitress didn't offer refills on drinks! Will not go back here for along time,

Poorly managed ..It has always been slow service ever since this store opened...Food is good if you want to spend all day getting it. .. Tiffin Bob's need to step it up a bit ...
