Our order was incorrect. The turkey sandwich was ordered with no tomato and no mayo and no onion. It had all of those on it.

Ordered online at 7:48am, said order would be ready at 8:14am, get there at 8:11. At 8:13 was told they are waiting on mashed potatoes. 8:27I finally get my order. I can make mashed potatoes quicker at home and they aren’t microwaved garbage. Absolute joke!

I'm Thanksgiving we waited an hour to be seated with 3 groups ahead of us because we had 5 people, they never offered us to sit at 2 adjacent tables or combine tables. Trash service, none can think for themselves to make anything happen.

I ordered take out online from the Bob Evans in Tiffin Ohio. When I opened the bag, everything seemed fine, until I ate a piece of grilled chicken from the salad I ordered. It was rubbery, each piece to be exact. I tried the pieces and all of them were rubbery and hard to chew up.
I also got a biscuits and gravy meal. Which had maybe a spoonful of gravy on the biscuits. IT was salty as well.
As well as, my daughter and my drinks (chocolate milk and tea) had no ice in either one, and we're not filled up.
I'm very disappointed.

Cook in the kitchen was super rude with my order and to the hostess that helped me today. She just slammed my food on the counter. Hostess was a disabled person and the person working back of the house was trying to make it harder for her. She needs to be held accountable for that attitude. It’s embarrassing when you can hear it through the restaurant.

Very disappointed! Normally able to be seated within ten minutes or less. My wife and I arrived and found a group of six and another couple waiting to be seated.

The restaurant wasn’t even half full, a lot of open tables. The other couple was finally seated after waiting an hour. My wife and I left after waiting nearly an hour.

I could understand if it was busy or short staff but that was not the case. After having positive experiences on recent visits, this time was surprising and disappointing.

Waitress was awesome. Very friendly. Food was really good and not expensive I got one of the dinner bell plates 8.99 with tax it was 9.64. The portion was the perfect size.

Place was less than half full and stood waiting to be seated for over 10 mins and still not seated… walked out.
With that level of service they should lose the franchise soon. And I plan to contact corporate.
