Not a whole lot can be said about Bob Evans is been a family staple for a long time the restaurant was clean the people in there were friendly the food was good it's what you would expect for a Bob Evans anywhere else I was pleased that it was not overly busy as I drove approximately 1 hour to be there to meet my brother and at no time that I felt pressured to get up and leave so they could clean the table thank you Bob Evans

I'd give no stars of I could. We ordered online for pick up and the restaurant gave our food away to someone else. Took them 40 minutes to figure out they gave our food away and told us it would be an hour longer to make the order. Said they were too busy. They didn't have the ability to give us a refund at the time, said the manager would have to call us. Manager sent two young kids out to the car, didn't even feel the need to apologize in person. Worst customer service ever.

Great service, my server was Camrynn she was fast, kept up on refills, cleared off our dishes quickly. Got the deep dish chicken noodle my favorite. Food was good as usual.

I couldn’t be more pleased by the high quality of food at this Bob Evans. Everything tasted great. The blueberry’s blended perfectly with the bananas on the pancakes, and the syrup and butter brought everything together to form a party in my mouth. The only quarry I have is the length I had to wait the food and my server disappeared once she dropped off the food. Overall, I had a great experience and I would recommend Bob Evans to everyone that enjoys quality breakfasts.

The only positive about our experience was the gentleman that seated us. He was extremely polite and professional. Beyond that… can you give less than one star? Had to walk out since online orders took precedence over in restaurant orders. Didn’t want to spend our entire evening sitting in Bob Evans waiting on our meals. Will be a long time before we consider coming here again. (and after that, they charged my husband for his one cup of coffee) ??♀️?

IT took forever to get seated. We waited over 1 hour to get seated, waited on and served our food. 2 tables were served their food before ours, and they arrived 5 to 10 minutes later. Food was not hot!
