I rarely try to leave anything negative but contacted multiple times about the app never workjng and after having 2 orders $48+ ea messed up then having to pay $9 more because the app wasnt per usual a few days ago tk then agaon have it down tonighr i figured maybe this wpuld get someones attention. But hey i spend prob 3k a year here eating why fix a problem?

Very clean place service was very nice. Food came out very quickly. I think this is better than the one in Lima. Nice outside patio clean.

We got the appetizer deal and we ordered our first round, after that she offered the next round and we said yes. And order food all at once. Our apps never came, food took so long, and we were there before another table and they got quicker better service. That table was white and we were hispanic, don’t want to assume anything but it looked really bad bc we got horrible service and we had the same waiter.

Honestly, BWW wasn’t our first choice for dinner. We went into a local Mexican restaurant and were ignored, so we left and came to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Tiffin. We were greeted and sat right away. Sarina was our server. She was pleasant and attentive with our food and drinks. We ordered the unlimited app special and two entrees. The apps came out right away! Hot and delicious. Our entrees came out in a timely manner and was also good. We ordered another set of apps. From other reviews about the app special, I expected to wait a while. That wasn’t the case. They and out right away, hot and delicious. It was a great dining experience. Also thanks Sarina for the great local ice cream recommendation!

I went in with my wife but never got a table. Waited by the door for 10 minutes and nobody ever came to seat us. So we just left. And yes they saw us at the door and no one acknowledged us.

Called in an order and waited much longer than I should have. For 16 mins there was a line of people waiting and no o e behind the counter. Very poor customer service.

Ordered the boneless with mild sauce at 935pm for takeout. Worst I've had yet. The past couple months they have gotten worse and worse. They don't give you enough sauce for what you order anymore and today the sauce itself was AWFUL! No flavor and just a chemical like burn. Findlay b-dubs gives you MORE than enough sauce. I'll be going to Findlay from now on.

I've been to better BWW. The food is not consistently good. The burgers have been overcooked. I'm looking forward to the sandwiches but I would like to see low carb and sugar free options.
