I had a worse experience just now my order was missing one item additionally I ordered Fiery crispy wrap but there was no fiery sauce in it and was completely dry. I will never recommend someone to go and have food from there specially in night they just rush and spoil the whole meal.

Went thru Drive-thru to grab a Burger and fries for home. No other cars in line. I get home and no Damn fries, $3.59 for Med. fries and they forgot them. I tried to call and voice my opinion but phone goes straight to, NO One is able to take your call. TWO ITEMS and THEY CAN'T GET IT RIGHT

Order a Combo meal and cheese fries as an extra did not get the cheese sticks. Service was slow. Take your time and check your order bag before leaving. We had to go back to the store. They forgot them.

I went through the drive thru about an hour ago and ordered two milkshakes- both of them had hair in them, and not just a little, it was a TON. That is pretty disgusting.
Staff didn't care about joking around and gossip while customers were standing right there waiting. Food quality was very poor.

Girl in the back was really cocky all I did was ask for a staple in my bag so on my long drive home my food wouldnt get cold. But yet if you ordered mobile pickup it would be stapled or if you doordashed it would be stabled. Something so simple could have helped the customers so much

The people at this store are simply the nicest and kindest you can find. They always smile and provide service with kindness. I so appreciate them. I work in Tiffin every other week and live in Dayton. It’s a breath of fresh air to come to this Burger King for my food. Thank you ?
