The last few times I’ve been my order hasn’t only been incorrect but they also keep giving me the littlest of portions possible. Last time my order was completely wrong they refused to get me a refund claiming I have to do it on the app. But not only does the app say you HAVE to do it in person, so does the phone system that doesn’t even allow you to talk to a human. So I’m pretty much done guessing if I’m going to get good food and take my money somewhere else.

Primarily order via the app and pickup in-store. Orders are almost always ready for pickup and warm at the scheduled pickup time. Have had a few issues with getting the wrong order. Mistakes happen, and Chipotle does a good job of compensation for the error.
Parking lot is super inconvenient but obviously out of their control.

Love this place with all the fresh food options. Fresh Guacamole, fresh tomato salsa,everything is fresh daily. Great service and tastes fantastic.
Vegetarian options: My wife gets the vegetable bowl. Fresh greens, black beans, tomato salsa. It's delicious she says.

Food is good except the chips are always stale clearly from the day before. If you want to use yesterday’s chips you can’t keep them in a paper bag. Not a big deal until you go just for chips and guac
