Made a simple order they made a simple mistake wasn’t really that mad about it till I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes just to get someone on the line just to have to wait roughly a hour for them to fix there own mistakes very disappointed 50$ spent with the wrong company never again

My mother called to make an order.. While on speaker phone.. I heard how unprofessional the lady worker was at 4:50 pm.. I spoke up and said forget ordering with this place because the Unprofessional rudeness this lady carried.. If this is how 🤔 you handle business well bye.. PS TIFFIN OHIO..

So I order a 5 topping pizza for 15.99 I get pineapple ham onion and bacon I ask for the 5th topping to be pineapple so it would be 5 toppings total not 4 and extra pineapple (half of a topping) tell me why they tell me they can't do that that is get 1.5 serving of pineapple instead of a double serving???? Like really so I'm getting 4.5 toppings not 5 but paying for 5???? Love your pizza but after the smashed pizza last time y'all need to do better!!!!!
