My pizzas came nice & hot, and within 15 mins. after the order was placed !! Great pizzas Dominos!! Although the driver seemed very nervous & as if she was playing some kind of role play ........nothing like being watched by the world & all the drones above us so who can blame her .............sometimes I ask myself WHY?????

When I first moved to this town, the quality was awful. They took over an hour and delivered cold pizza. Then the one time I went inside and was ignored and my marinara sauce had multiple little holes poked into the top. I finally gave them another chance and the quality has been good. Except they delivered our pizza mess and I had a decent conversation with one of them and they offered a free pizza and said it would be under my number. So fast forward and I call to order and the lady says my free pizza is no where to be found on my file. She treats me like I’m lying, makes me look up when I last order, saying you don’t remember if it was a weekday or weekend and then goes into saying that the pizza moves around and acting like, i accused them of purposely throwing a pizza which isn’t what i meant. She acted like I don’t understand the difference of a pizza that looks trashed and may have accidentally been dropped vs a pizza moved around while driving. She was so rude and I am ashamed I yelled at her saying I don’t want your business but she was truly awful to me. The delivery drivers are always great though, on the positive side. This is in Tiffin Ohio btw. I typically love dominos but I doubt I’ll ever order from this store again

Whoever was taking phone calls on 10/11/25 at 3pm was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever spoke to. Was unbelievably rude, and this is coming from a guy who never leaves reviews. She shouldn’t be in customer service.

I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count, and usually it’s great. But today? You delivered a pizza that looks like it was made with hate. I’m not upset i’m just disappointed.
Made a simple order they made a simple mistake wasn’t really that mad about it till I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes just to get someone on the line just to have to wait roughly a hour for them to fix there own mistakes very disappointed 50$ spent with the wrong company never again
