Your employees don’t know how to let the customer finish speaking before closing the window, after I asked if the raspberry shots were in my lemonade but completely jus closed the window made a whole different drink then came back and asked if I had 2 drinks I did not and then I gave her my drink and asked her to put the raspberry shots that I ordered in it she took my drink and another girl gave it back and they still didn’t put what I wanted in my drink that I ordered

Insanely rude staff, and awful menu! They are always out of half of the menu items and then are rude when you ask them to fix mistakes! Also always takes at least 30 minutes to get through the drive through. Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to do some re-staffing! Seriously!

I love dunkin, but I hate the fact that one of the worker just threw my mom her order, hello why work when you can't even at least treat the customers with respect and to top it of my mom ordered drinks as well and they didnt even hand it to her they paid and didnt get their orders complete...dunkin needs to hire new and more respectful people not people that don't like doing their jobs

It's so inconsistent. My wife used to go all the time but stopped going. They forget to add sugar to the coffee half the time. And the other they add cream even when she orders oatmilk. Not one but both. They need to retrain all the staff there. It's bad even when it's not busy.
This place has gone downhill ever since covid. Every year, it gets progressively worse. The line is always long because no one knows how to make their own coffee and just want to grab something quick. We'll quick is what you get here. Kinda. My coffee order is always yuck, and the only reason I go is to get my kiddos donuts and pray I get a decent coffee. Every once in awhile I get a nice person that is waiting on me, most times the person is rude and probably will tell me they don't have what I want in stock anyways. If bailiwicks had a drive through this place wouldn't even make it. I used to love DD. Please do better.

Ordered online and sat at the drive-through com for 10 minutes. Nobody came to the microphone so I just pulled through. Waited 20 minutes for them to hand the person ahead of me their order. When I finally made it to the window I told them there must be something wrong with their com because I sat for 10 minutes with no response. The girl at the window just shrugged it off saying they are really busy so that might be why. I’m sorry but having worked in customer service and fast food for 5 years, under no circumstance should someone be unattended without some sort of greeting for TEN MINUTES. Especially at a drive through. She was sweet though and handed me my food, but then I opened it up and my sandwich was completely crushed as if someone had sat on it or something. Unacceptable. I also have to mention I was late to work because of having to wait 30 minutes for my sandwich and coffee.

I'm doing 3 stars because normally I don't have too much of an issue but today was just off the wall. I always ask for 1 pump of mocha in my frozen coffee, sometimes I get more and I ignore it because the foods made good but today I definitely had more than one pump, my hashbrown brisket scramble has one little piece of egg and hardly any cheese or brisket. Then I went to see if my donut was correct and it was put in the bag upside down where the frosting is at the bottom. What? To top all of this off, they handed things to me one at a time instead of putting them in a bag together. I tried to make a joke of it like "haha idk why you guys never put them in the bag together" and went to ask for another bag and the guy rolled his eyes and said "have a good day" shutting the window. I sat there and waited for the manager because what the heck? I'm not gonna lie, I hate confrontation so I'm choking up a little while telling her. She apologized which was great but then to get to work only to find all of my food is messed up... I mean this was the only time I'd be eating today because I can't take a lunch break. I know they have no way of knowing that but ugh! And then I tried to call and no one answered... so here I am posting a review. I get this every weekday morning. Every. Single. One. There's always something. 😞
Sense the change in management you can tell the work atmosphere is always tense with them messing up your order making you the wrong drink and take for ever to sever you it’s a shame that a well respected restaurant went down after Covid they lose money from having to remake every order and leave one person up front while five good of on the back

Drive thru was pretty slow for a fast food place. Food was great though!
I've tried to be optimistic about this place, but for the last few months. The coffee has constantly tasted burnt. Sometimes it's drinkable but most times, it's just not acceptable. I'm unsure on what's changed.. but it's definitely is in need of fixing.

Very rude, both times I have went in the morning the new manager was there. And it was awful, not only did I stand there for twenty minutes waiting for my online order I watch people come in order an get there's before I received mine. She was working the counter, didn't acknowledge I was even standing there, refused to look at me. Then when I got my drink most basic thing ever. A strawberry refresher with green tea and sugar. It was wrong. I waited long enough to get the wrong drink couldn't wait any longer. I will not go back in if I know she's there.

Very poor service. Rude and slow. Witnessed staff goofing off with whip cream inside. Kept trying to get us not to order by saying "we are so behind" but barely any customers. They were too busy messing around to do their job. A girl with long white hair did not have it tied up or in a hairnet. The drive thru attendant had a big attitude issue.
