The food was prepared well. Our table had the the Salmon, the Pork Shank, and Sirloin. The meals were filling. The service was slow on refilling the water glasses. The staff was not professionally dressed. Black short shorts was a disappointing impression.

The server was nice and mostly attentive. Our table was along the windows with a view of the golf course which we enjoyed. There was a large selection of food on the buffet and they did a very good job keeping it hot. The lamb chops were a favorite at our table. The French toast was not a hit with us as the top of it was very hard. Overall we had a very pleasant dining experience!

Great evening with girlfriends. The Wednesday dinner special is $15 for a gourmet burger, delicious fries and a cold beer. Highly recommend you come on Wednesday night.

What a wonderful experience! We have eaten here in the past but has been awhile. Tonight the food was excellent - one of the best NY Strips ever. My wife's Short Ribs were excellent, too. Service was outstanding and the view over the golf course, beautiful. Just a little noisy as it was busy. A hidden treasure.

Our party was 4 adults. We eat out often and were very pleased that the service and food exceeded our expectations. Three of us tried the steaks. EXCELLENT - Great flavor & each was grilled per our request. In addition, we each tried a variety of side dishes. LOVED the grilled brussel sprouts and fingerling potatoes! If you enjoy a golfcourse view at a classy restaurant, we highly recommend IronWood. We will be back!
Wait staff was wonderful -- courteous and efficient. Onion soup was bland, not rich, but nice size. Salad was small and unimpressive for the price. Strip steak was nice size, cooked perfectly and tender. Asparagus was good, not much of it. Very disappointed there was no filet mignon offered, though shown online. Will give this place another chance, but not for awhile.

Outstanding service, servers were fast and responsive and Chris Demith is the BEST chef in the Midwest bar none. Recommend Ironwood to all, casual and formal. Had fillet and wife had salmon. Beautiful view over the country side.

Not sure if it was just an “off night” but it was 20 minutes after we were seated before the waitress even acknowledged our presence. After we gently made it known that she was not off to a great start, her performance improved. The food was Outstanding! Well worth the short falls of the service.
