I went here recently and there was a kind gentleman that was working the window wearing a beanie. He was kind and patient with my order! I definitely recommend going back to this store cause of his great customer service.

Says they are open. Definitely visible employees inside. All doors are locked. No one answered the drive theough even though visible employee was standing there. Tried calling and no answer. Haven't been here in years and this is what happens. Won't be coming back.

I ordered a sandwich through door dash but the sandwich never got delivered. I called the store and the teenager who answered said they don't use door dash and have another's contactor and couldn't deliver my sandwich. She was very rude. I questioned her about the situation and she hung up on me. Called back and spoke with manager. He wasn't quite as rude but was rude and never explained anything to me about how I should order so I gave up.

Literally didn’t even try to deliver my order. Waited an hour and a half for one sub so I called, they claimed they were at the warehouse and called me. I got no call, they didn’t walk up to any doors and knock or drop it off. Just voided and didn’t say a word. Money still came off the card though of course.Ridiculous.

Delicious quality sandwiches made to order and served very quickly. I do wish their delivery area was 5 miles. I would eat their food more often. We are, alas, 2.1 miles away ...so 1 minute past their zone. Its a good simple meal when we are out and about. The Jimmy chips and pickles are really good!
I had gotten a sandwich from here 3 days ago and forgot about it. Around 1 am I was hungry and besides the veggies it saved good. The bread wasn’t soggy at all. This is a very durable and tasty sandwich place. I mean if you can’t eat a sandwich late at night hunched over it like a gremlin, as your cat gives you side eyes because you’re inhaling it then what’s the point of having a sandwich place? Right?10/10 would recommend. It was still so delicious and held up so great. I love Jimmy John’s I never have a bad experience ❤️

This location is consistently short-staffed and often does not have delivery drivers available, and the lobby has been closed for dining for months. The food is usually good and the folks who do show up are usually courteous, but I can't give full marks when they advertise services they can't provide consistently. Owner needs to figure out their issue keeping staff. Also the parking lot (which I understand is the building owners issue) is terribly maintained and has potholes that could fit a toddler in them.
