Normally KFC, Tiffin is one of our favorites, but yesterday they missed the mark. The chicken tenders are usually tender and juicy, but they were tough and dry…overcooked. The biscuits were also very dry, not light and soft this time. Disappointing.

Was in KFC picking up a doordash for someone, cause I have a brain disease, I says the wrong name by mistake then I rememberd the correct name one of the women workers kinda snapped at me, saying you did not say that name we want proof, like wtf the food was 7 mins late coming out to me to pick up, and I had to go out to the car to grab my phone to show proof it was for the person name I remembered, geez rude staff.

Chicken tasted like it was OLD, REHEATED, Had been sitting for a long time. NOT AT ALL the KFC Quality/Taste that we had been used to at other locations. Had a bad Stomach ache after we ate. Won't be back! AWFUL!!!

Food was good, but not fast. This entitled generation of workers has to end. After food was ready stood at the counter for 3 mins without being acknowledged, while the girls in the back walked back and forth having their own conversation.. then walked over and checked their phone's... Finally after waving my hands someone can and got me what I needed so I could eat my food. Avoid this restaurant.. go to bdubs it's the same price and much better service..
