Normally KFC, Tiffin is one of our favorites, but yesterday they missed the mark. The chicken tenders are usually tender and juicy, but they were tough and dry…overcooked. The biscuits were also very dry, not light and soft this time. Disappointing.

Ordered 8 piece extra crispy. Waited 15 min chicken was horrible. Bottom of the barrel . Breading wasnt extra crispy and it was all dark meat. Sooo dissatisfied . I’d post a picture if i could

I went through the drive through to get a coworker some chicken. There was only one car in front of me. I still waited nearly twenty minutes. They forgot the side and I had to go back in the store. I was pretty surprised at how dirty the place was…
