The food was ok, but there seemed to be a smell in the restaurant. Almost like old grease. Would probably go back though.

Drive through staff is amazingly polite. I've never had a order made incorrectly.

Service was kind a super quick. Food was ready to go almost immediately. Chicken was tender and slightly juicy. Potato salad was good, macaroni was not. Good honey mustard. Bbq sauce was just okay. Biscuits are warm and tasty.

Lee’s chicken is delicious it was fresh. It was hot service was beautiful interaction with the manager was great. The workers were great. We enjoyed it tremendously.

You know I order chicken sandwiches from there all the time and they're just thrown together half the time I don't even get two tomatoes or no lettuce and skimped on the mayonnaise my chicken tenders on my sandwich are small kind disappointed in the quality

Picked up a large order. Jason was great helping me decide what to order, food was great! Will be ordering here again for family gatherings

The girl at the window looked less than thrilled to be there and she made that very clear , asked for extra BBQ sauce got 2 , didn’t realize even though they include a biscuit they apparently expect you to eat it dry (very dry) since they don’t include butter or honey. For $20 I wish I’d went somewhere else , next time I will. Not impressed. Used to be great , always liked it but definitely , like most everything else has gone downhill. The food actually wasn’t bad , it was everything else that made it a poor visit. Had to sit at the window since she didn’t include our drinks , oh , and the attitude was what I’d call Tiffin snotty.

For being my first time going there it was really good. Definitely a spot I can take my grandma back to again. And future endeavors with friends.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking but there is two doors you do have to get through. My grandma got through with her walker just fine.

We got the grilled chicken...the wings were the smallest chicken wings I have ever seen. The whole chicken was very small. Not worth the $17 we paid...

Parking: It used to be exceptional chicken for a good price. Now it's small and over priced

Pretty good food, if you like chicken. Is way better than chickfala. Pretty good service, the person that gave me the food was really nice and understanding. And even told me what the best thing to order on the menu was. And no, it was not the most expensive thing there, it was actually one of the cheapest. Pretty clean also. Overall food is good, go there

Raised prices on meals which I'm ok with,but raise prices and then take away coleslaw and charge extra for that. Sorry lost my business
