It was like 8pm and they had me and another car(both lanes) wait for a good 5 to 7 mins just at the speaker before I could even tell them my order. I asked for my fries to be cooked fresh. They had this car before me wait at the last window for almost 10 mins instead of just pulling them forward and let other cars get their orders. So when I finally get to the window my fries are so cold, I asked again for them to be cooked fresh. The girl got an attitude and made me pull up. So I get my fries some time later. She hands them to me and says "here!" I dont say anything, and then she says "have a great day!" with sarcasm and I'm getting ready to drive off and I hear her call me a b!tch and something else I couldnt hear. So just like to say maybe get some better employees that know how to be professional or at the very least, do your jobs. 🙂 oh and my chicken sandwich was so hard and dry I just threw it away. This McDonald's is the only one that I almost ALWAYS have a problem every single time.

Have to stand in line for soda refills, no longer have machine on floor. Causing backups .. lots of employees, just not getting things done. Telling everyone they sre sorry. Worst mcdonald experience ever.

1:25 am, 20 min in line, Double quarter lb , no onion was the order . I got loaded with onion and no bottom bun , fries 1/2 full and apparently there drink machine was down.

Used to be fast and decent hot food, the last year or so the service has gotten slower and food has gotten colder. 5 months later and it's no better, in fact it may be slower, waiting over 10 minutes on my breakfast and there isn't very many people here. This McDonlalds needs to go back to the way it was. Very frustrating. Changed my review to 1 star, it is even slower and I get an alert telling me my mobile order is ready and its been about 20 minutes since I placed my order and Im still waiting. This is garbage. Get it together McDonalds.

Ask for sausage egg cheese mcmuffin. Always forget cheese and tell them again say they added cheese get home no cheese. This place has the most incompetent people I have ever seen always clueless and food sucks!
I’m a door dasher, and I frequently get completely ignored while waiting for the customers order, despite seeing it completed in the counter. I spend an average of 3-5 minutes standing by the register asking or waiting patiently for assistance. The service here is shamefully bad.
