Every night there is always a crazy wait through drive through and it takes at least 10 mins to order once you get to the speaker.

Went through the drive-thru, got home, opened the bag and no fries nor napkins. Called the restaurant 4- times and no one answered the phone and I wasn't able to leave a voicemail. This happened at the Tiffin, Ohio restaurant on April 1st around 8:30pm. From now on I will
hold-up the drive-thru while checking my bag of food.

Took one bite and it tasted off. Opened the sandwich and the egg is moldy. So gross!

When I stop after work the night shift is horrible. Hygiene and service is worthless. They are rude if you order an item that is shown on the screen and then told can't make it because it's after midnight. If there was some other place open I would have went there.

Asked for xpickles and mustard on my chicken sandwich and I order 4 ranch dressing for my grandbabies to dip chicken nuggets In waited at front to get the sauces.Seemed like I was invisible no one waited on me so I gave up...wish the pop machine was still you can never get a refill.

Went throught the drive through at 3:30 am, service took way to long. On top of that, when I got home, I had items missing from my order. When I called to complain, an hour later, they lied to my face saying that no one had come through at that time. And when I said I'd be going in later to talk with the manager in person, they hung up on me! Night crew at tiffin McDonald's are very unprofessional, and quite honestly, unclean and gross looking individuals who clearly don't care about their jobs. Absolutely unacceptable behavior!

This was the coffee received in a delivery instead of a vanilla latte idk what is in it but it tastes disgusting and you can't get thru to call and complain so here's my only option. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Worst McDonald's ever. We dined in. Kiosk is supposed to speed things up, it didn't. The dining area was dirty, took a number for our food... they had two of the same numbers, got the wrong order. Our food came out 15 minutes after we ordered. Have you ever not loved McDonald's?? I couldn't finish my big mac! The bread was stale had more special sauce than meat. Confirmed with a few other patrons. Worst McDonald's ever.

If I could give less I would, I’ve worked enough kitchen service to know this job is not that hard and if you think it is you’re lazy. You’re paid to at least pretend you’re having a good day and have the “customer service voice” but apparently everyone working the window is convinced they have it the hardest. There is no reason to give any customer attitude when they order, let alone the fact that in 4 years living in Tiffin I have yet to get an order that was right the first time. I just ordered nuggets, a small fry, a McChicken and a Dr. Pepper and was given 3 sandwiches, zero fries and a Hi-C. All the sandwiches cold and I have an 5 minute drive home. Again this is not a hard job and if you think it is find a construction site and open your eyes a bit. Whoever worked window on 3rd shift January 12 needs a serious attitude adjustment or promoted to customer because clearly customer service isn’t her deal. I’ve worked in multiple customer service jobs and not one time did I have reason to give a customer a bad attitude whether I had a bad day or not. Professionalism clearly is not a standard anymore. I didn’t expect much being it’s McDonalds but falling below the bottom line when people are paying hard earned money for it is ridiculous. College student or not the hiring criteria cannot be THAT bad.

McDonald’s has become a joke. Paying way to much for horrible service and incorrect food. Sat in drive thru line for 25 minutes and didn’t get what I ordered. Must be horrible training or under staffed.

I ordered 2 fish sandwiches and 20 nuggets and 2 large fries. The sandwiches were not edible due to the buns being like rocks but per the manager(who refuses to give her name) they are always hard minutes after making them. Very rude very unprofessional!!!

You order McDonald's off of doordash, a cheeseburger ketchup only and they give you a plain hamburger with no cheese. So now I'm sitting here hungry but hey atleast my dog got too eat. They can't even get the simplest of orders right. Not to mention half the time you go through the drive thru , you end up having to go in anyways because they almost always forgotten something.

Fostoria McDonalds is the slowest McDonald's that is and ever was you'll have to go there to see what I mean they're unbelievably slow make sure you have an extra 20 minutes if you're planning on stopping there.
