Had a bit of time to kill while waistband for an appointment. Looked for something open for a quick bite and so glad I found Paulette's. Very reasonably priced, quick and friendly service.

Really nice experience and homey vibe. Had breakfast special …REAL eggs prepared correctly. Good bacon not paper thin. Tasty sausage and pancakes Came out hot not sitting under warming light. Good coffee too. Price was cheaper than expected. Great value. I would highly recommend supporting Paulette’s instead of the chain places.

No complaints with ham & cheese omelet, sausage gravy, biscuits & hash browns. Good service. The floor needs to be new tho. Only cash / checks as payment options is tough, especially for non-locals. The Square to process cards from any cell is a preferable alternative to ATM on-site imho. Bring cash & hope the floor is new next time...
