Penn Station East Coast Subs

Not sure how you can put the correct receipt for my cheesesteak on this garage ham n cheese but someone managed to ruin my night by giving me the wrong sub n I didn't realize until I got home after driving 50min round trip to get to Penn. Thanks Penn for wasting my $20.

Subs absolutely delicious! Young lady that took care of my order super sweet and personable Yesterday was my first time in many years I've visited Penn station and I couldn't be more pleased.This was the Tiffin Ohio location and I'm thinking of coming back tomorrow ❤️Thank you Tiffin Penn station!

Delicious, fast,accurate.when you can get it,they are advertising open till 10 but forget trying to get hot sandwiches after 9:30 they done turned grill off only selling cold sandwiches

Cook can only make one sub at a time start to finish. My family finished eating at Chipotle by the time I showed up with my cheese steak with 2 people in front of me. No flavor what-so-ever. Bread seemed under cooked and fell apart from sogginess. I ate two bites with a fork and pitched it. I don’t usually order cheesesteaks, but being a first-timer I thought it couldn’t be messed up. I was wrong.

When they are busy and a worker doesn’t want to pay attention, they get orders wrong my sub was wrong I ordered extra honey mustard and got No mustard on my sub and I also substituted my white bread for grain and still got white bread.

I saw the advertisement for the Summer Squeeze from the Tiffin Penn Station and decided to come in and try it. I got the Artichoke Sub, a fry, and the new Summer Squeeze!! It was excellent!! I love the fresh bread and the fresh cut fries. The food is always hot and fresh!! The Summer Squeeze was great and really hit the spot. The service is always great at this location!! The staff always greets you as you come in the door and are always so friendly!! This place is doing right!!! Keep up the good work!!

Placed an ordered on Uber eats for a delivery,after an hour called them only to find out that Uber eats don’t deliver,and we had to go there and pick it up. If they don’t do delivery on Uber eats I think they should turn it off on the Uber eats app or at least have the courtesy to call and inform the customer about it.Very unprofessional,and now I might get a reply from a Bot,who I guess is the owner.

Amazing staff, very friendly and very clean place!!! I wasn’t sure what I wanted and no hesitation they were helpful ?

Not impressed, who in the heck has no idea how to make a SIMPLE BLT sandwich!? I get they have someone new but don’t throw them to the wolves expecting them to know how to make a sandwich let alone a simple yet easy BLT sandwich. Either help teach them or watch to make sure they’re doing it right. I only got bacon on my bread. Nothing else. I’m not from Tiffin, was just visiting friends and aren’t they supposed to always have a GM on site??
