Placed an order during there special today. I called and placed my order almost 2 hours ahead of time so that I knew my food would be ready and give them plenty of time in advance. I called at 12:31 and placed it for 2:15 because of I had an appointment at 1:30. Went there at 2:30 to pick up my food, and told me that my food hasn't even been started. Completely unacceptable, I have to go to work so I had to cancel my order.... Highly disappointed and didn't have time to stop and get food before I went to work. Would not recommend.

Wa in line for 15 more.left with no pizza and was told they didn't know how long it would be because it was rush hour..Couldn't give us a refund because again was rush our. This was the worst possible experience I ever had! I called multiple times gave my address and my phone number seven times I had to wait three hours and when my mom got there to pick up the pizza I ordered they argued with my elderly mother. Don't go here!! If you want a lot of trouble and wait three hours or four hours for your pizza and then have them blame you, This is the place for you.

Came to pick up a DoorDash, needed to deliver by 10 pm. Was still in the drive though after 10. Waited over 25 minutes and was told when we pulled up the pizza was just put in. We were the only ones in the drive thru the entire time and only one person walked in while we were there. Why was it taking so long? Girl at the window was also quite rude.
Met a cool girl senior in high school. She new the menu well and was very helpful. She also listened to me talk about some experiences and made me laugh. Great atmosphere. Food was tasty albeit a little greasy

Ordered pizza for pickup, told inside it would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived 35 minutes after ordering. Was told order would be ready "soon". This apparently meant 25 minutes later. Watched another customer experience the same delay, as he was told to circle around the drive thru window 3 times. It was all I could do to give 1 star for service! Pizza was good, but a 1 hour wait is ridiculous! I could have made it myself in an hour!

Drive 20 miles to Tiffin Pizza Hut as it's the closest dine in Hut left. Always have good food and service. Make this trip at least once a month.
