Couldn't find our order was told 15 min. Wa in line for 15 more.left with no pizza and was told they didn't know how long it would be because it was rush hour..Couldn't give us a refund because again was rush our. This was the worst possible experience I ever had! I called multiple times gave my address and my phone number seven times I had to wait three hours and when my mom got there to pick up the pizza I ordered they argued with my elderly mother. Don't go here!! If you want a lot of trouble and wait three hours or four hours for your pizza and then have them blame you, This is the place for you.

Came to pick up a DoorDash, needed to deliver by 10 pm. Was still in the drive though after 10. Waited over 25 minutes and was told when we pulled up the pizza was just put in. We were the only ones in the drive thru the entire time and only one person walked in while we were there. Why was it taking so long? Girl at the window was also quite rude.

Met a cool girl senior in high school. She new the menu well and was very helpful. She also listened to me talk about some experiences and made me laugh. Great atmosphere. Food was tasty albeit a little greasy

Ordered pizza for pickup, told inside it would be ready in 25 minutes. Arrived 35 minutes after ordering. Was told order would be ready "soon". This apparently meant 25 minutes later. Watched another customer experience the same delay, as he was told to circle around the drive thru window 3 times. It was all I could do to give 1 star for service! Pizza was good, but a 1 hour wait is ridiculous! I could have made it myself in an hour!
Pizza Hut has always had the BEST taco pizza ever. Drove from our of town just to get one yesterday. Worst pizza I've ever had in my life. Ordered thin crust. Most of the pizza was crust. Did you even put beans on it? I could taste chunks of meat. Not sure what it was. No red onion and cooked mozzarella??? Gross.

They tell you 15 minutes then you sit here fir 45 after waiting... just not prompt anymore. Always a delay and the bread sticks are always dry and never cut.
8-12-24 $42 order and the only thing right was the breadsticks. Our of stuffed crust so instead of telling me they give me a pan pizza. Asked for an additional hand tossed cheese got a thin cheese. Called they said I could come back to town for a $1 voucher for next time. Haha done with this location and done with this chain.

Used to be our favorite pizza, last visit you can tell going down hill, ordered thin crust got hand tossed, never offered refill, just not a very good experience. Will support local pizza, at least they try to earn your business
