Sat down at 5pm. Only one other couple in the restaurant. Server greeted us at 5:05. Took our drink order and we placed an order for a medium pan pepperoni with half bacon at the same time. At 5:40 server came back and said she forgot to put our order in. She asked if we still wanted our food. She said it would only take 8-10 minutes to get our pizza out. She said we would get a 10% discount. We agreed if it was only going to be 10 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes and still no food. We walked out. This has been multiple times in the last few months with bad service. Multiple tables still had dirty plates and leftovers laying around. We love their pizza but will not be dinning in anymore.

We had Ashly for a server and she was polite, but didn't write our order down and got 3 of 5 items wrong, I got pop I asked for, but husband did not, he got diet and wanted regular, our pizza had wrong items on it, they took it back and remade, bread sticks came with cheese, we ordered plain, my cheesey garlic bread was right, we didn't get correctly made bread sticks until we had eaten our pizza and were getting ready to leave, we had to ask for straws, had to ask for napkins, had to ask for pizza plates, never got any silverware, never got our bill. Went to register and possibly a manager had to hunt for our order, she gave us a discount because we were so unhappy with service of our server. We know that the other table didn't tip and they warned us the service was crappy, we gave her a chance but she failed miserably. The carry out boy that was there brought our made right bread sticks and an extra box and he was really kind. Ashly never came back to our table after having to take the pizza back, she just ignored us. The lady who checked us out was very nice also. The food also was good.

We haven’t been to a Pizza Hut for quite a while and we decided to check out the Pizza Hut in Tiffin Ohio. Our server, Arianna, was delightful and very friendly. Service was excellent. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and breadsticks and it did not disappoint. My only complaint was I wish the pizza was cooked a little bit longer. The breadsticks were just as good as I remembered them. Plus, nothing like a good ice cold fountain Pepsi from Pizza Hut. We will definitely be back.

Ordered food came in wrong forgot my drinks tried to call back they told me they were closed and me and my kids were screwed and we couldn't have no food so this is the worst Pizza Hut in the worst place I'd ever want to be their attitude stinks the service stinks and the people stink ordered pan pizza and I get something that looks like Little Caesars I wouldn't suggest Pizza Hut in Tiffin Ohio I'm surprised they're even in business

Placed an order during there special today. I called and placed my order almost 2 hours ahead of time so that I knew my food would be ready and give them plenty of time in advance. I called at 12:31 and placed it for 2:15 because of I had an appointment at 1:30. Went there at 2:30 to pick up my food, and told me that my food hasn't even been started. Completely unacceptable, I have to go to work so I had to cancel my order.... Highly disappointed and didn't have time to stop and get food before I went to work. Would not recommend.

Wa in line for 15 more.left with no pizza and was told they didn't know how long it would be because it was rush hour..Couldn't give us a refund because again was rush our. I called multiple times gave my address and my phone number seven times I had to wait three hours and when my mom got there to pick up the pizza I ordered they argued with my elderly mother. Don't go here!! If you want a lot of trouble and wait three hours or four hours for your pizza and then have them blame you, This is the place for you.
