you might as well go to the other subway in tiffin. i always have an issue with the two lady’s working during the day. the two gentleman in the afternoon care more about making the customer happy by listening to the customer. there is no point in paying or asking for extra because they will skimp you out and then make you pay for the extra. don’t order from this store a complete waste of time and money

I have never really had any issues, but first of all my salad was very skimpy for spending $9. Then I found a hair in it do they not have to wear their hair up or in a hair net this is absolutely disgusting.

I went in to order my usual. A BLT with 3 side cups of dressing. The worker told me that I can only have 1 cup of dressing. For years I have had 3. I kept asking her if I could pay for the xtra 2 cups. She then asked the um I guess manager. And she looked up and so NO only one. So instead of that I told her to put it on my sandwich, which I got definately more than 3 cups, because I told her to put more and more on it.. This will be the last time I go to this place. She was rude, would not even talk to me. I'll try the other one in town.

Went to Subway today to try their new pretzel side kick and they don’t even have cheese to go with it. How can you sell soft pretzels and not have some dipping cheese? I already gave up Subway a long time ago when they raise their prices, and no longer had five dollar foot-longs. Went to try and give them another chance and they failed so I walked out.
