We are frequent customers and tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing. A girl screamed for someone to come help her when I pulled up to the drive through. A young man came to take my order and was pleasant and even repeated my order to me to confirm. A girl handed me my ice cream (all smalls when I ordered mediums and messed up the order- I did not realize this until I got home). She asked if I received my food and I said not yet. She closed the window and screamed at someone again. The same young man brought me my food and was apologetic for the wait. I don’t mind waiting, but the girl screaming and her obviously not looking at my order receipt was unprofessional and rude.

Waitress was friendly. People in the back/ice cream side need to remember people eating in can hear what they say while in dining room. Rude comments and swearing aren’t appreciated. No pricing on menu, which lead to a higher bill than expected. Smash burgers lacked seasoning and were just a regular burger-not smashed. Mozzarella sticks were good and the place has a ton of potential.

Ordered carry out today got a small pizza with 2 smash burgers @ the garlic fries fries weren’t hot weren’t good they weren’t even smash burgers they were red in the middle & one was missing part of the burger was disappointed but the lemonade was good

Stopped on a whim for a bite to eat. Didn’t get ice cream or pizza, but did get the Parmesan Fries and a Philly sub. Both were excellent. Pizza pictures look delicious so I’ll be sure to try one next time. Peanut butter & jelly pizza caught my eye so I’ll definitely be trying that next time as well.

Stopped here for lunch. Ice cream was good. Waited a while for the coney dog and it was inedible...almost ice cold dog and coney sauce. Messy as well. Should've included utensils and napkins.

Ice cream out of my first two choices of hand dipped ice cream Asked for one scoop in a waffle cone after a five minute wait I was handed a cup of ice cream Is I asked for a waffle cone yes but you got more Butter pecan not even close Never again
