Got my order and food fast. I got it to go. I would of gave 5 starts but they didn’t put napkins in the bag. Shouldn't that be SOP?

If I could give the food zero, I would. Got a asiago chicken sandwich, crispy. Took it home bit into it, and it was raw… I was given money back for the sandwich and that was it.

Went late at night probably around 10-11 maybe later. Food was good had to wait a little bit but it was worth it. Especially the thin mint Frosty. Hopefully they keep them around longer.
Visited by drive through. Very quick service and friendly

I just went in to pick up a DoorDash. I waited 20 minutes PAST the time it should have been picked up. The entire time the workers were goofing around laughing. Frustrating because I’m trying to make money and my orders need to be on time. The place smelled like a sewer and I saw a roach on the ground. That is quite disturbing. McDonald’s, please do better.

Not sure who the manager was this morning but she was incredibly rude to me and I heard her yell at employees. I get it, it’s Christmas Eve but you catch more flies with honey than vinegar.
