The employees working the drive through don’t care. I ordered 2 banana split blizzards with lids, after pulling around the first blizzard’s lid was loosely placed on and got all over my car. They remade the blizzard and gave me a chocolate blizzard with nerds in it… I don’t know how you could mistake these two items but they did. It feels like the employees did it out of spite because they screwed up the initial order.

They really need to hire an adult to supervise kids working here. The service is so bad it's almost comical. If you are from Tipp just drive to the one in Vandalia and save yourself a headache.

I was wary coming here bc of some of the reviews but we had a great experience. Staff was super patient with my indecisive kiddos and very friendly. Food was good. Blizzard was probably the best one I’ve ever had.

I wish I could give a ZERO star rating. We went through for a PEANUTBUTTER parfait for them to give a peanut instead. When we asked if they could swap out the peanuts for regular peanutbutter they were very rude about it and still made it wrong. They just added peanutbutter on top of the peanuts. Definitely not going back to this location ever again!
