Ice cream was good. Service was absolutely awful. Extremely slow. Workers were much more interested in talking than working. I'll try again next year with different workers.

Drive 15 min to get DQ , the drive thru line is 10 cars deep we decide let’s go inside… they have the inside closed- 4+ people working inside we can see but they have the inside closed…

The employees working the drive through don’t care. I ordered 2 banana split blizzards with lids, after pulling around the first blizzard’s lid was loosely placed on and got all over my car. They remade the blizzard and gave me a chocolate blizzard with nerds in it… I don’t know how you could mistake these two items but they did. It feels like the employees did it out of spite because they screwed up the initial order.

How can you just change what Dairy Queen is known for? Had a note on the window saying "We don't participate in upside down blizzard".
