Went Dairy Queen It’s best to have the kids work all day because the two old ladies that work there couldn’t take my order right or didn’t get right and you would think the kids would of got it wrong but it was the 2 older older lady’s got my order wrong and then when I called to let them know they got wrong she got upset it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to put ice cream in a cup I guess now I understand why they have to work there no common sense

Very rude service. Was not allowed to set down in the dinning area? They also said they were short handed. So why wasn't the manager there to help out? Everyone in the restaurant was upset!

I was very dissatisfied with the tipp city Dairy Queen, the staff is very rude and shouldn’t be working in the food industry with the way they treat their customers. I won’t be going to this location again. I see many reviews about this location and i think it’s about time the owner does something about this.

Ice cream treats were great as always! Service was pleasant and friendly.
During the summer its usual busy in the evenings with a line of cars into the road. It is also hit or miss if the lobby will be open as well any time you go. Ice cream is good though.

Lobby hours are until 8:30 yet you’re closed at 8:20? Should update your hours so people don’t waste a trip.

Doors are consistently locked before the closing time. Today we visited @ 8:03 and guess what, the doors are locked even though the sign says 8:30. It is extremely frustrating to visit this location!!

Based upon recent reviews, I’m not suprised that I’m making this bad review. Brownie Blizzard came out liquid, and the strawberry cheesecake royal had a small amount of strawberry and cheesecake on top and wasn’t mixed at all. These Blizzards are $5/piece. Manager is rude and obviously aren’t interested in making a customer happy. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s a shame because it used to be a nice place in a small town. Won’t be back ever again.

We have been sitting in line for 30 minutes now watching the kids through the window. Leisurely cleaning talking and joking around (it was 8:20 when we pulled in line it’s now 8:56 and we are FINALLY at the window)while cars are lined up for blocks. If I were one of the people in the back and I get to the speaker to order and they say sorry we are closed I would be LIVID!!
